From the second I walked through the door I was treated with professionalism and respect. Answered my questions and I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured. Big shoutout to Cathy Bernard. She went over and above to get me the motorcycle and financing that worked best for my situation. She was very personable and professional. Definitely knows what she’s doing. Maddie’s showed an interest in my ATV. We were upfront that the battery needed to be replaced. They were offering well below what it was worth to begin with. Their mechanic claimed there was so much more wrong and the owner undercut the price to mere hundreds! It was disrespectful and a slap in the face. New gas, new battery, and a spark plug for good measure…. It’s off and going to a fantastic family! We will never do business with Maddie’s!

Unfortunately very bad experience in service, bring my jetski with blown engine, their old me repair gona cost me total $4500 with rebuild engine,then in couple weeks they give me call with new price $7800 for repair my engine, it’s ridiculous

Most shops doing inspection are only looking for something to fix, looking for a reason to keep your bike there and your wallet open. NOT AT MADDIE'S! All they want is to make sure your bike legitimately road worthy and safe! Great staff, very friendly! 1000% Recommend TAKE IT TO MADDIE'S!

If you need help with service Jim M. Is your guy, I came in with a big problem and Jim was nothing but helpful and supportive and made me feel like my problem was in the right hands, Jim assured me all bases would be covered and I left the dealership with my mind at ease. Great guy. Five stars!

The nice young lady running the floor was on the phone with a customer doing a great job i might add and no one else came out from behind the counter to help us. We stood waiting for her to hang up before we received help.

If you’re bringing Polaris cars so you better call your broker to manage unloading equipment or towing coz they don’t have anything to unload and it will cost your time .

She went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect vehicle. Scott, the general manager, was also fantastic. He was very accommodating and made the entire process smooth and efficient. The workers that took care of me were polite and courteous ; they were very professional and courteous, I had a Koplin plow installed on my 2021 Polaris 570 touring , They did a great job, very happy with work and it was done before we had snow, keep up the good work , would recommend your business to anyone I know
