Workers are great but the actual infrastructure is awful the brand new gas pumps never work and it’s so bad that it actually deactivated my debit card as a fraudulent charge because it took too many swipes for it to work, just save yourself the awful headache and stop up the road at crosbys for fuel

First time in this location, Night time clerk/cashier "Ilka" is a complete disgrace to customer service, wake up management and get rid of these drags on your business, I will never return to your establishment. It's a shame when a simple purchase has to be so daunting.

Tyra Has with that store into shape. She's got a big smile and HELLO for everyone that enters. Corporate is working hard to resolve the gas pump issues. Much improved from years passed

Absolutely absurd “service” I experienced this past weekend. Went in to buy a bottle of water and one can of Jack daniels before bills game. Went up to the counter and the so called manager on duty was being extremely difficult and short with us. Long story short, because we were being “difficult and rude” for taking our ID’s out, we were denied sale and told to leave the store. I will never be going back to this store.

This is the worst convenient store I have ever seen. You will wait forever in line. If you ever need gas good luck, the pumps are always down. Not to mention how expensive it is...

It’s a crying shame Andy on the night shift doesn’t care about sales or customer service. Abandons customers alone in the store for extended periods of time. I must say at least he’s working while ignoring the customer. He can stay busy for 15 minutes at a time. It saddens me to realize customer service and support are absent from this location. Sales will follow.

I recently had my 21st birthday, and I went into 711 hoping to purchase some alcohol with my new ID.As I approached the counter this employee was looking at me in a melancholy way, as i proceeded to check out I stated “I am going to return in for an alcohol purchase after pumping my gas.”To which he replied “No you are not, unless you have a valid ID.”The only reason I let him get away with it was because he’s so darn handsome.1/10

Andy on the night shift was working hard! I happened to be in the parking lot for quite a while on the phone, and I witnessed Andy never stop working and cleaning the whole time. Floors, a part of the wall, the bathroom, changing out garbages, etc. Lots of customers came and went in-between, and he was friendly at the counter. And for all the whining mask police in other reviews - Andy never took his mask off, even when alone in the store (not that I would care if he did). Great work ethic and committment to the job!
