“My husband needed an 11mm hex socket to replace the brakes on my Durango. Napa was the only store that had it. When I arrived the staff had a hard time finding it as it was misplaced. They worked all hands on deck until they found it for me. Anywhere else I’ve shopped would have just said they couldn’t find it.”

“I can only say that I am from Florida and I wish the Ford Service department here were half as good. My son is going to college in New York we gave him our older Ford Fusion to use while he's up there. Before we left after seeing him at Thanksgiving we had some issues with the airbag warnings and needed to have a few other things done. The service was amazing and they even drove the car back to his college about 1.5 hours round trip. I don't know what people could possibly complain about their service Department. Extremely professional courteous and communicative.”
