“I have brought my car to Lussier’s on several occasions- collision repairs, scheduled maintenance, and impromptu service issues. I have also received these services at various local dealerships. I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier’s far exceeds others’ level of customer service and quality of workmanship. They are incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, and genuinely want to help you/make you happy. I have been in a pinch with needing an oil change, headlight change, or inspection, and, despite them being busy and the short notice, they have been able to squeeze me in. Their quality of work with collision/paint repairs is also excellent- color matching was perfect and you can’t even tell there was work done! I cannot say enough about the confidence and trust I have with Lussier’s and their staff. Not only is it refreshing, but it is comforting to know there are places like Lussier’s that you can confidently bring your car to and feel comfortable in every way!”

“I had an emergency on a rainy day at 5 PM when I needed to change my car battery urgently. I parked at AutoZone, knowing I had to get the battery replaced to avoid further trouble. Cory (or Kory), an employee, came to help and agreed to change the battery despite the pouring rain. I tried my best to protect him and the battery, but his uniform still got soaked. I felt really bad for him, so the least I can do is leave a positive review for AutoZone and Cory. Excellent service and thank you!”

I was helped by an extremely friendly staff that helped me get a new battery 5 minutes before the doors closed.Christian came out into the parking lot after he got off of work and helped install my battery. He really didn't need to, just a good guy that didn't want to see me stranded. I'd recommend this store to anyone.”
