Unlike the AutoZone across the street, this place actually stays open until the time they say. I was helped by an extremely friendly staff that helped me get a new battery 5 minutes before the doors closed.Christian came out into the parking lot after he got off of work and helped install my battery. He really didn't need to, just a good guy that didn't want to see me stranded. I'd recommend this store to anyone.

I needed a new battery for my VW Passat, and had already tried to get serviced at three previous parts stores. Although he was swamped with customers, Christian took the time to help me diagnose my issue, find the right battery for my vehicle, and get my new battery installed in a timely manner. He was professional and very helpful, making sure I knew about my new battery and about my VW. I truly appreciate his help and will be back any time I need parts or a new battery down the line!

I purchased a battery from here this week. $300.00 with free install. This caused my Bluetooth to become disabled. I didn't know how to enable it and called the store back for advice.This was my experience, first was told that it was easy fix, I just needed to sync my phone again. Having to explain, again, that the Bluetooth in my car was disabled, hence you can't sync anything until I can enable the Bluetooth. The manager, Rhonda continued to tell me that she has done hundreds of battery changes and never had this happen. Then continued to tell me about how she was on vacation all next week that I wouldn't be able to bring my car in and show her what I was talking about. She seemed so proud of herself and her vacation that my issues were made very obvious to me that she didn't care one bit. Meanwhile, I accidentally called another store, (who up to the point of realizing they weren't the ones who replaced my battery) were going out of there way to assist me in getting my Bluetooth operational again. These people just got my patronage and I will never be back at your store again.

We went to AutoZone, Clifton Park to purchase a new battery. The old battery was damaged and we needed a replacement. The clerk said he wouldn't take old battery. He told me he would sell me the battery for $200, but i'd have to go to Valvoline to turn in the old one. I went across the street to Advance Auto and they were more than happy to sell me a new one and take the exchange. Don't waste your time at AutoZone when Advance Auto is across the street.

Went in looking for a couple simple things. There were two women working at the time and neither one was willing to lift a finger to assist us. Left and went straight to the Autozone which is visible from their parking lot. Save yourself the trouble and go to Autozone instead. Useless.

Great and fast service. This store didn't have the cord for the Alternator tester, but promptly called another location that did, and sent me over there.

I've been in this store many times before. They have always been super nice. One guy even installed my new wiper blades for me. Granted, one of them flew off on the highway in the rain, but he tried. Today I went in to get a taillight bulb. First off - I said a nice hello to Brandy behind the counter. Nothing. I needed a taillight bulb. I had looked online and I knew what it looked like. She brought back a pack of bulbs that looked different. They were little LED bulbs and I needed a normal bulb. I said something about it, but Brandy knew it was the right bulb. I went out and looked again online and it's the wrong bulb. So, I went back inside to exchange. She said - that's a blinker bulb. You should have said blinker bulb. Meanwhile, it's the EXACT SAME bulb. The blinker bulb is not different, and she had sold me the wrong one. The guy in line behind me looked it up on his phone and it's the SAME bulb. Brandy was SUPER pissed at me. I said - I'm sure it's my fault and exchanged the bulb. So, not thrilled with the really nasty customer service. I won't be back. I'll just go to a different store. But Brandy should look for work outside of the customer service arena. Just a suggestion.
