This has to be the actual worst 7-eleven experience I've ever had. I walked into the store and was using a health app to scan a protein bar to check the nuritional facts. The Indian female manager/owner came up to me and started shouting "what are you doing with the items you have in your hands ?" and "why are you taking pictures?", as I was going to begin explaining the app to her she continued to accused me of taking pictures and attempted to grab the items I was scanning out of my hand. I calmly ignored her and proceeded to scan my items. After ignoring her she called the local Suffolk County police on me. The police showed up and heard both sides of the story and he informed me that I was not doing anything wrong and she was in the wrong for calling the police on me. I am black male and felt I was racially profiled by this Manager. Not only did she accused me of doing something I was not doing, she also did not hesitate to call the Police. Thankfully the Officers were understanding and saw that she absolutely had no reason to call the police on me. However, it was very upsetting and extremely frustrating that this occurred. Even while waiting for the police to come I noticed her tone and attitude to other costumers was obscene. SHE IS NOT A KIND OR WELCOMING PERSON AND IT IS NOT WHAT ANYONE SHE EXPERIENCE WHILE SHOPING AT AN ESTABLISHMENT.

They add extra charges on top of whatever you buy. For example, they add a bag fee when they didnt ask nor did i get a bag.

The lady manager/owner in the morning is rude and needs to fix her attitude. Every time I go there shes seems like she hates her job and I saw her yell at an employee. Besides her everyone else is cool and nice.

The customer service is non existent. the owner is very unpleasant. Granted it's a 711 but this location In particular is awful. I avoid this 711 unless I have NO CHOICE. Luckily there is a King KULLEN a minute away which is AWESOME.

I am horrified at how I was treated today. Their machine wasn’t reading my card correctly as I attempted buying cigs and a drink. The man looked like he relished saying “declined” to me with a smirk. In what looked like desperation his female counter part came up and told keep the drink regardless, but also try her better working machineso I stood there for a few moments and the guy starts dismissively waving me away Bc he wanted to help “the customer” to which I said: “arent I the customer too?” And the sweet girl and her son behind me deferred to me and were like no worries we just have a slurpie take your time.Then he gave me a look like he hated me for literally no reason and told me to move again and I just left without any of my items.Seven 11 in Huntington On oak wood is so much better. Just go there.Never coming back!

The worst owner/manager I've ever seen at a 7-eleven. She has the rudest attitude with every customer, is CONSTANTLY out of stock of the most basic stuff and refuses to acknowledge the deals and promotions SHE has up around the store. Dozens of times I've gone to get something that will have multiple signs saying "2 for 6" for example and then when she rings it up incorrectly will argue that you're wrong. Even if you bring the signage to her attention it's YOUR mistake, never hers. Well today was the final straw with her disgusting unprofessional attitude and lack of even an ATTEMPT at appeasing a customer or fixing a problem she(regularly) caused. I saw these signs the last couple weeks and decided to go and purchase one. Then when she wrang it up incorrectly I pointed out that fact and showed the sign. I was told "not these sandwiches" and I pointed out how the sign specifically said those sandwiches and she said "so you want them or not" with an attitude that says "I don't give a crap if you shop here or not". I bought them left and despite spending hundreds of dollars a week there will not be back. I'm not asking to be waited on or anything like a Karen, but idk maybe honor ONE of the dozens of deals you're too lazy to remove or make sure are still valid? instead of arguing every time? Disgusting ownership and even worse customer service.

After a blackout they left vegetable dip to ferment and gave me food poisoning. Lousy store. Lousy management. Avoid it.
