I brought my car to Justin, as I have previously, when I was hearing a slight clunk. Yup, shocks and strutts!! He repaired both sides. I put my total trust in him. He had to order the parts due to no availability locally. They kept in contact with me while tracking the parts. Julie is so pleasant and goes beyond for the customers. I was so tired of being ripped off at other shops!! I no longer fear bringing my car to a mechanic since going to Scotch Church Garage!! Totally honest, fair and reliable!!

When my car broke down yesterday I was really upset. It was not only Easter weekend coming up but also a big birthday celebration in our family. I was already scheduled to bring my car to Justin today for a repair that had nothing to do with yesterday’s breakdown. The car was transported to Scotch Church Garage around lunchtime and by the time I got home Julie was calling me to let me know what Justin had found. He fixed it for me right away and had the previously scheduled repair done by the next morning! I really appreciate how quickly they get stuff done. It also means a lot to me how they communicate so I can understand what the problem is. Justin is not only great when it comes to finding out what’s wrong with your car but he also is practical and presents the options and advises what needs to be done along with other things to consider when looking to maintain your car for the future. No pressure. He’s very knowledgeable and experienced and I totally trust him. And I must acknowledge how friendly they are. I hate all car stuff but I have never minded waiting for my car in their office with Julie. She’s great too!
