I have the same experience with Andrew who reviewed before. I have to deal with unrealizable company start and system for 4 days in a row about just delivery my products from LG. The staff who never call you on arrival but reported back that we weren’t home. The stall who called to schedule and set up but next day the system sent rescheduled calendar again when you tried to reach them nobody picked up and nobody knows about it except reschedule I don’t understand why big business keeps using this company when no service mind and bad in communication.

Ineffective and incompetent. This is the worst shipping and logistics company I have ever dealt with. We have been without a refrigerator since 10/2/23 and have had a horrendous experience dealing with LG Electronics in trying to get a replacement and the same terrible experience in dealing with RXO. We finally had our delivery date scheduled for 12/4/2023 with "white glove" delivery, installation, and removal of the old equipment. On delivery date RXO arrived but the delivery driver stated "I want to apologize now, I don’t know why they sent me with your refrigerator, I don't know how to deliver and install the appliances - that's a different team that does that." This goes on to illustrate the incompetence of the logistics team who sent a driver not equipped to deliver their products. The delivery driver told us to deny the delivery and it would be rescheduled quickly. Immediately after he left we contacted the customer service line and explained the situation - they indicated they would create a work order for rescheduling. The following day on 12/5 we called, and they still did not create the work order and further told us they could not do the "white glove" delivery, despite it being stated on our RXO notes. We asked to speak to a manager who told us they would deliver on Friday 12/8 and we would receive something in writing (likely via text how I scheduled the original delivery). I followed up the evening of 12/5 where they said scheduled for Friday but could not provide details. I requested confirmation in writing which could not be provided. I called back on 12/6 and received the same story but this time they stated no work order was created. This same pattern has continued up until now, as I write this at 6 PM on 12/7 where my last conversation with a "manager" they now told us they are 1) no work order was created and said they would create one (I am doubtful given what has happened), 2) they fully booked for 12/8 and cannot deliver on that date, 3) once the work order is created we can schedule a time, and 4) the manager promises they will call back before his shift ends at 9 PM. At this point in time, we have filed a Better Business Bureau claim and want to encourage those that have a choice in selecting this shipping and logistics company to avoid it at all costs. Management and the call center are ineffective and incompetent.

Absolutely terrible. If I could give negative stars, I would. Where to even begin… by the way as a side note, due to the ineptitude of LG and their warranty of a defective fridge that is only a year old, I have been without a refrigerator for over two months prior to this situation this week.I had a new refrigerator from LG that was supposed to be delivered Monday 12/4. On Monday, a delivery driver appeared at my house with the refrigerator only to tell me that they were not trained to deliver appliances. Their appliance team was unavailable and he was sent to make the delivery, however the most he could do was leave the refrigerator in my driveway and I would be responsible for getting it into my house. This was supposed to be a white glove delivery, “installation” of the new unit, and removal of the old unit. We were advised to refuse the delivery and await a reschedule.I have since been on the phone with customer service over 10 times since Monday, and no one can provide me any assistance. I was told the delivery was rescheduled to Friday but have not received any confirmation of this and in fact each time I call, am told that they believe the unit was delivered and the ticket was closed on Monday 12/4. This is absolutely unacceptable and embarrassing to RXO to have such ineptitude. There is even more to this story that I would be happy to share but I will save you all the novel that this could become.

I placed an IKEA order online and came here to pick it up. I was a little concerned about the negative reviews. The experience was great. A few seconds after I confirmed the arrival, a representative came out with a smile ?. In a couple of minutes I had my order and they helped me to put it in the car. Amazing.

I was going to wait until the peloton we ordered actually got delivered but I don’t think that’s ever going to happen so I guess I’ll leave a review regarding the “service” we’ve received so far.I ordered a peloton several weeks ago and the first available shipping date was July 19th. The day before I got an automated confirmation that it would be delivered between 1pm and 4pm the following day. However at 11am the next day I got a call saying it would not be delivered and we had to reschedule. Fine. The next shipping date was supposed to be August 2nd. On the first I got a call saying it could not be shipped due to “no routes”. Not sure what that means. I live about 2 hours from Albany so that seems a little absurd but ok. So it was rescheduled for August 9th. It’s now August 8th. I received a call telling me it was not going to be delivered tomorrow due to “no ticket in warehouse”.This is absolutely ridiculous. I get that shipping companies want to have a full load to make the trip worth it so they make as much cash as possible but if that’s the case then don’t promise delivery and keep rescheduling. Peloton needs to terminate their contract with this absolute sham of a company. I’m clearly not the only one having this issue, so buyer beware. If whatever you’ve ordered is shipping via RXO out of Albany, you likely won’t get it anywhere close to on time. I’m probably canceling the order for the bike at this point and telling Peloton to find another shipper.

This company is a completely incompetent and unprofessional joke. They are contracted by Peloton to deliver bikes in the area. I scheduled my Peloton bike to be delivered on December 13, 2022, well in advance of Christmas. I was given a delivery window of 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM, and told I would receive a phone call 30 minutes prior to arrival of the delivery. I took the day off of work, sat at my front door and waited until 2:00 PM, at which point I called RXO. I was informed that the shipment was being returned to the warehouse, with the reasoning that "no one was home to receive the shipment." So not only did they refuse to deliver the product at the confirmed date and time, they deliberately lied about an attempted delivery. Furthermore, they refused any future delivery attempts. I was left with no choice but to cancel the order.Over the next 17 days, I repeatedly called, emailed, and chatted with support personnel, inquiring on the status of the return. Each time, I was told I would be provided an update. Today, December 30, 2022, there is still no update. After speaking with several representatives, they finally admitted that they have no information about the status of the return, nor do they know where it is currently located. They even suggested that perhaps Peloton would somehow have a better idea of where the bike is, even though the shipping company doesn't.

Delivery drivers said they were here 10 minutes before they were here. They showed on the map about 10 minutes out from my house. We called and spoke to someone who guaranteed we would not have a reschedule due to them saying they were here when they were not. We then stood outside waiting for them knowing they were close by. When they arrived they sped on by as we were waving them down. We assumed they may be turning around. Then they came a second time, as were waving them down to stop they continued to drive by without stopping. Then they said they were unable to deliver because no one was home. Upon speaking in the chat with customer service they sent us a photo drivers used to say they were outside and it is an outdated photo from Google maps. We have been going back and forth with customer service for an hour and a half waiting for a supervisor to call back. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Would not recommend this delivery service to anyone after this experience.

Terrible lack of customer service from delivery to the front office. Delivery men made zero effort to carry a standard size washer and dryer to second floor.

When this company made a delivery to my home they managed to drive through two wires that ran from the telephone pole to my house. They not only took down the two wires, they damaged the house. Then they left- without saying anything about the damage they had caused. Extremely dishonest and unprofessional. They have bad reviews for a reason. Don't think your delivery will be the exception to the bad reviews. Unfortunately we had no choice as the company that we purchased the item from arranged for delivery. If you have a choice, find a company with good reviews.
