Verizon was charging me for a bill I should have never been charged for. I refused to pay it. I spent several hours in total trying to handle this chatting with the live reps online and with calling Verizon on the phone. They refused to help me. I finally was able to make it to this store location and spoke with Shakira the manager and told her my situation. She was able to resolve the situation for me by reducing my bill to $0. She was going back and forth on the phone with verizon and stayed an hour after closing time so that I didnt have to deal with this any longer. Thank you Shakira

I would Give 0 stars if I could. The Manager straight up LIED to me about the pricing And speed of the verizon gateway in order to trick me into signing up. I wouldn't recommend going here if you want honest advise. Super shady.

My mother and I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jason. He's the one person who listened and has helped us try to resolve an issue with the fios billing. He has sat with us on two occasions to talk with customer service to straighten this issue out. So far it's been two long drives to get to the Guilderland location, the closest fios location from where we live. Although we still do not know if this has been resolved yet, no fault of Jason who has bent over backwards to help us. I would love to give the full details as to what is happening to my mother but this review is about the one person who has been absolutely wonderful and such a caring person. Verizon needs more Jason's.

This Verizon store has nice ambience, but the staff could use more training. Came in for a billing issue. Spent like 10 minutes trying to explain that my autopay (that I’ve had going for years) wasn’t working. They had no idea that a debit card could be used for autopay. Seriously?! He then kept pushing me to purchase a discounted iPhone 15, even after I repeatedly told the guy that I was there for reasons other than a phone purchase.
After explaining my billing issue, like 5 different ways, and showing the three folks working there what myVerizon app was indicating, the guy serving me got frustrated, sent me a customer service number and walked away while I was midway through asking him a related question. He was literally pacing around the store and shaking his head and pointing at me to his colleague while I stood there. Anyway, the customer service rep that I spoke to on the phone fixed my issue in under 5 minutes (hold time included).
I was going to give the place one star, but because the guy redirected me to someone who actually was of help, I’ll give him that.
There was no yelling from either party, but it was a very rude, condescending and passive aggressive display of character from the get go.
I have no idea if this is how the place is usually operated. Might have been an off day, but these guys definitely need to be trained or this store might potentially lose out on many current/future customers. ?

Jhustin was amazing. Helped me switch providers, while helping a family get new phones, all while he was on the phone helping a customer. Somehow we all still felt like we had his full attention. He was very helpful, respectful and a inspirationally good multitasker!

Could not be more happier with Ashay, Luis & Juan, who work in this store!! While in the store trading iPhones, Luis caught a fraudulent number in our account that a was created by an employee of a corporate store, costing us hundreds of dollars in the past 2 years. Ashay and Juan worked very diligently to rectify the situation, both having to make multiple phone calls to different managers. Had not been for Ashay and Juan, a very tough fight with the corporate store would've commenced, possibly leading into a lawsuit. Luis was very involved and helpful as well, getting me the new iPhone, case and screen protector that I wanted. All in all, I could not be more happier with these 3 gentleman, and their care to their customers!

The gentleman inside today helped me to the greatest extent. Last night I tried to switch cellular servicesfrom ATT to Verizon. I have Verizon internet, so I thought I was getting a deal. This left me with a non working phone. These guys helped me!

This store is full of incompetent scammers. We went in for 4 phones and came out with a headache. They charged us twice since their card machine wasn’t working. We bought cases and screen protectors - none of the prices matched. They added on a protection plan, when we had declined as we have apple care. I had to talk three different times to try and get my bill fixed, and nothing but false promises. Finally, I spoke with actual Verizon on the app, and they were able to adjust my bill. Go here if you too think money grows on trees!

Avery and the staff at this store are excellent! I’ve been a Verizon customer for two decades and during my visit to this store, I (finally) felt listened to and helped with understanding and kindness. Thank you! These folks are professional, and were able to provide support and guidance. Thank you!! This store and location is a gem.

Absolutely useless now. I have been coming here for at least the last 4 years or so. Went in and a person helped me get a replacement phone sent to me and I asked if i could come back and do the transfer and they said they would help me. I got the replacement and went there and they told me it would cost $20 to help me. One worker said that because they are no longer hourly and work on commission they have to charge to help us. My coverage has been really bad lately. Needless to say I did the transfer myself. Gonna reconsider using Verizon when my phone is paid off. If you aren't there to help without charging then what are you there for?
