The staff is always respectful and does a great job answering all my banking questions. This is my go to bank in the capital region.

Teller windows move fast but I waited an hour and a half (second person in line) just to order a new debt card while there were 3 employees who disappeared for a half hour

Typically you don't have to ever visit a bank branch, but certain situations require you to physically go there. This bank is in-line with every other bank. If you have to go there expect to wait.
