“Absolutely love this place - they have such a large assortment of the most unique items that you won't see anywhere else like Wal-Mart or Petco. The prices are really reasonable and they also have clearance racks inside the store with various chewies and other toys to choose from at a really reduced cost.
The employees have always been very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful too.”
“I have been using the curbside pickup at the Western Ave Albany, NY location for the last 4 months or so. It has been an excellent experience each time. The prices are competitive with Chewy if not better! The employees at that location are friendly and prompt! I would recommend this store to anyone!”
“16 years ago we went to find a new cat her name was(mallow). To fill a void for a cat we had. Mallow was three yrs old when we got her. And the staff said no one had adopted her and she was the house cat. My daughter fell in love with her as did her siblings. So we adopted her she was a spoiled cat with many toys and cat trees. At 19 years old she pasted she was the best cat ever. Never thought I would replace her. But one day I went into visit and the staff told me about pet bereavement group. Which I was very thankful for. I have since adopted another cat (Kovu ) from the APF of Schenectady this last summe. The staff was very helpful and patient, you can tell they really care about the animals there. If you’re looking for an animal please consider adopting an animal from here or another shelter. You’ll be getting a life loving friend and be giving an animal a home. Please be patient with you new friend, they be though a lot. Loss of familiar surroundings, family who cared about them loved them, when you bring them home remember It’s a new place for them. So give them time to get use to there new Environment. And you find a loving new friend. Kovu was nerves at frist but he warmed up and he now has a dog brother .and is a full blooded member of our family. He s very loving. Again I would like to thank the staff for their caring and help with Kovu. You can’t find more helpful staff.”
“Went to visit with comhab staff. Jaida and Dani were very helpful and informative and told us lots of facts about the animals. Jaida was very informative of her work experience. Animals were vast and varied. They had hedgehogs, rats, guinea pigs, different kinds of birds, lots of different snakes, geckos and more. Staff is good with customer service and the ambiance is very nice.”
“Nice shop. The premium food are available with limited quantity...be sure to call ahead to confirm they have it in store. The store clerk was very nice helping me locate my Farmina bags for my dogs even helped load in the car too.”
“Great place for all essentials for your pets. They supplied great food for my 2dogs before my one dog was stolen from my residence ,and suggested a great food for my other dog when he wouldn't eat cause my other dog was never found .when the state was doing the stuff with specific people having them live with no heat or electric when they had pets or the stealing of pets for years they supplied a sweater for my dog cause they saw my dog was living with a make shift sweater .Great company they care about pets especially for situations like they knew somebody was doing with me and my 2 dogs”

“Took my dog Cassi in for a nail trim, had a ton of trouble finding someone who was able to groom her, even the vet couldn't manage it. But they got it done! She has a lot of issues with anyone handling her but she wasn't super stressed out after the appointment and their prices are unbeatable. Staff is super friendly and helpful.”
“Great job and very timely appointment due to a cancelation, which was awesome cuz my pup needed a cut and wash bad. Professional, curious. But you pay for what you get. Great results come at a slightly higher price range, but it is well worth it for us. Then again, with inflation, the other places may have increased as well, but my dog looks better after this place and seems happier too.”

“Christine is amazing. We took our puppy Phillip for puppy training, intermediate, and manners class and we are so happy with his progress. “I had a bit of hesitation about coming here for grooming due to petsmart being a chain but I could not be more pleased. I just adopted a dog who I named Alfie. He had a bunch of mats and had overgrown nails. When I dropped him off he was a cute shaggy pup in desperate need of a grooming. Erica took care of my boy and did an amazing job!!! “Just Killin time in the mall, walked in to look at the animals when I spotted this adorable high energy little bearded dragon. The staff was super knowledgeable about him and knew what I absolutely needed in order to take him home. I figured I could find an aquarium really cheap on line. So I asked if I could pay for him and comeback in a day or two. Found an aquarium, and picked up our little Rango the next day. Glad we stopped in !!!”
