High prices, good selection
There homemade treats have false ingredients.
Bought their croissant which strawberries and they list the cream as a real milk cream when in fact it is some type of edible oil.
FALSE ADVERTISING!!
SHAME ON YOU GUYS!
Be honest with your ingredients.
Remove your expired items.
Got to the cash register With an ice cream that was on sale, only to find out that it expired five days ago and they didn't take off the sales tag.
The associate I spoke with did not care, didn't make an effort to remove the false advertising tags.

Has to be the worst price chopper out of them all. Ordered a sheet cake for 25 people for my daughters birthday and when I went to pick it up they made me a cake for 60-80 people and when I told them I was only paying for what I ordered the associate said “I guess your daughter won’t have a birthday cake” and on top of all that the bakery manager wouldn’t even come out to the floor to speak to me. Honestly every department there is rude and disrespectful as I have had problem with ordering from where in the past

I typically have a fine experience with this location but today was not great. There is a young woman who works in the deli who is frequently chatting with her coworkers, in fact I’m not sure she has ever acknowledged me once. That is not the point of this complaint however. She was not using plastic gloves over her cut gloves and anyone who has work in food service or taken a Servsafe course will know that is not sanitary. I watched her prepare someone’s online order with no food safe gloves over the cut gloves and then she was handling a pen with cut gloves on, crossed something off her list and went back to handling the meat. This will result in cross contamination of products and is just concerning because I’m bringing this lunch meat home to my kids who will bring it as their school lunch. I need to trust my grocer is following all food safety measures to ensure the customers are not getting sick. The other young woman who helped me today did use food safe gloves and I did thank her for that. To management that may want to look into this, I visited the deli counter approximately 3:30pm 2/4. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope someone sees it and revisits the safety regulations they should be following with employees.

Title: Unpleasant Visit to Price Chopper on Western AvenueMy recent trip to Price Chopper on Western Avenue was unfortunately marked by various issues. Navigating through a poorly-lit parking area filled with snow and black ice posed safety concerns, making the journey to the supermarket entrance challenging. Once inside, my experience at the meat department was disheartening – unprofessional and discourteous treatment from the staff left a negative impression. I hope Price Chopper takes prompt action to address both parking conditions and customer service, enhancing the overall shopping experience.

If the hours are changed a specific day due to a holiday or other reasons then please list the hours for that specific day instead of just listing that they may differ. This would be a huge help for planning. Please taken the consideration thank you.
