My experience inside was more than enough to distract me from how awkward it can be driving around the north end of the plaza this bank is in. It does feel smaller inside than other Key Banks, but it also has a sense of charm to it. Everyone with whom I spoke or interacted was really friendly too, even chatting with me from a distance while I was in line waiting for a teller (which was about 1 minute). I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

The most horrific customer service I've ever seen. They have an older woman who is a teller named "Roopnma" who is rude, unprofessional, and quite frankly the worst teller I've ever dealt with. I've witnessed this teller scream at older customers and she screamed at me 2 separate times because I misunderstood something and had a question. I don't know how this woman has a job here, but she probably won't for much longer. Every other teller there is pretty nice, but Roopnma is by far the worst.

Drive through is narrow!!! This location has always been good to me. Small or no waits and friendly and knowledgeable staff. The location is in an easily accessible and convenient location. The drive in is narrow, but if you fold in your mirrors you are able to get an 250 or 2500 series truck in it.

Nice bank. Suggestion: Keep the outside lights on near the ATM for safety. Sometimes they are off.

There're two experiences that make me disappointed with the bank and this branch. Firstly, when I open the account, the agent made me come back with my wife to sign in person for the secondary card, which never came to her, and which I can order on the phone with other banks. Secondly, when I relocated and had to closed the bank, the agent on the phone was pretty sure that the check for the balance left will be sent to me in 5-7 business days. After 2 weeks, I called again and another agents said 5-7 days is the time to close the account, for the check, it will take 15 more business days(!!!) Lesson learned.

I'm giving a 5 star review for Cammie specifically. I had to grab a new atm card, she's was absolutely pleasant, and very helpful in explaining everything. She also took care of changing my phone number which I've tried to have done at 2 different branches on 3 separate occasions. She's the best!

Poor customer service, long wait time. Had to wait for more than 25 mins to get one simple paper notarized just to be told "if you don't want to wait any longer, come back another day!" The Indian-appearing teller was very rude, not helpful. Had to leave and go to next door BSNB bank where had my paper notarized in less than 2 minutes!

I rarely go in the bank anymore because I use the ATM's after hours. However, when I do go in the bank, everyone in this branch is friendly, helpful and efficient. If I call on the phone, they know who I am and are more than happy to help. I recommend this branch if you want excellent customer service.

Maggie Roopnarain is RUDE. I will never go to this location again. I have been customer of Key bank for fourteen years now I am closing my account and going to Citizens bank instead all because of Maggie Roopnarain.

As a small business owner I often cash check that I receive from some of my customers. For the first time ever Key Bank on 2050 Western Ave I get pulled to the side in front of everyone ( me being the only black person in the whole branch)while my check is being verify, keep in mind that the teller already looked up the account and sees that I have cashed checks before using my same name and address along with SS# . If you think that I'm playing the race card put yourself in my position, your the only person of a different color skin in someone's Establishment making a transaction but you get pulled to the side and disrespected because somethings wrong or “ off†with your transaction. Tell me what if feels like while your standing there with people Staring at you because the Tellet made it loud enough for everyone to know your business.

This is a smaller location with ample parking, lobby and drive thru ATMs, and typically at least two tellers open at a time. I've always had friendly service here, and with great restaurants in the plaza and Marissa's Place pizza kiddie corner, there's benefits to using this location.
