“I didn’t end up using his service, as we decided to wait on fixing my jewelry. But I wanted to leave a review on the absolute joy it was to speak with Robert and Nat(I believe it the very lovely lady who initially helped me at the store.) the entire experience was amazing. He gave me several options to fixing the ring, even showing me a model of the new cast for it. He was knowledgeable and super kind. In the end, even though we did not go with his suggestions, I will be back with any jewelry needs in the future.”
“I bought a beautiful mookite ring at a trade show and was told that the band was silver and it could be sized. It was not silver, but these guys figured out a way to enlarge it enough for me, right there on the spot and I was able to slip it over my ring finger.When I asked what I owed, they told me not to worry about it and sent me on my way.A great experience! “My daughter and I went to shreyas today. We tried ordering clothing online for a friend's wedding and kept getting items that didn't fit well. The staff here took their time and explained everything. They were great and picked colors that complimented us and explained how to wear everything. They didn't pressure us to buy anything and they didn't pressure us to buy lehengas that were too expensive. They understood we don't go to Indian weddings frequently! Very outgoing and charismatic woman who could see I needed help deciding what ring to go with. We told her our budget and she showed me a multitude of rings. She even tried to help me with my own financing but I goofed on my end and will have to try again. Fast forward to today we went into their sister store to look at a ring there I liked but I would have to wait until Saturday for it to be in my price range. Disheartened and having my head strong mother in law in tow we went back to Monica and finally found a ring!! A little outside our range She called in and convinced them to lengthen the lease so I could get my ring today.
