Sge got me on a plan I could afford because T Mobile put me on a major price increase I couldn't afford. She got me on a plan called choice 55. “I had Verizon for 21 years and considered a switch to T-Mobile. Asaf worked w/ me to learn service options and helped find a least costly plan to meet my needs. While I was also going to visit Verizon to discuss lower costs, I decided not needed. Went w/ Asaf on plan and a new iPhone/iPad. Even switched (unplanned) from a Fitbit to an Apple Watch! Asaf knew his stuff—on products, plans, and financial options that best met my needs. AND was patient/kind as this senior gal asked tons of Qs! ? Icing on the cake—he set up all my new “toys” and gave me a tutorial on each new toy. Along the way, Nick and Brad also helped with the same excellent capability and patience! A super team! For those who hate buying both cars and tech stuff, can’t do better than T-Mobile Glenmont.”
“This T Mobile Store on the 2nd Floor in Colonie Center has always, every time I go there, gotten me out of phone problems and fixed my phone. Their two employees , namely Gazelle & Ian work through all my phone troubles. Explain every question I ask in detail. They are determined to fix my phone. When I go to other T Mobile locations, they don't give any effort in getting me out of my phone troubles. I have been to T Mobile in colonies center, 2nd floor several times and they are always so polite and so helpful. Even when they are swamped with customers they do not rush. I will always go to this location when i have phone issues. I will always hope they are working there, unless they get promotions, which they sure do deserve. Don't want to get too corney, but they really do go above and beyond and make sure you understand the problem in case it should do me up in the future.”

“Had to go to the Verizon store to see what to do about a Plantronics Bluetooth headset that wasn't working properly, but I could not find my receipt. Two of the associates were VERY helpful. One (I am sorry I did not get your name) found the online receipt, found that the headset was under the year warranty and replaced the headset!!! $129.95 headset was replaced under warranty. I am beyond thrilled, thank YOU! :)”

“I have 2 interactions with 2 different Verizon stores 1st was with Bruce at this Verizon store on Altamont ave schenectady. This guy helped me and my 4 phone lines for 3 HOURS after the 1-800 Verizon messed everything up and put tempered glass on all the phones all while helping walk-in customers and he was alone in the store VS the Verizon store at 600 Troy rd in Rennsalear that had 4 employees and no customers when I asked them to help with one small situation gave me a 10 min speech how they couldn’t help me”
“Took my iPad there to get fixed. Place was on Sunday right before they closed. But wait was not too long, the young man Claude, help with my iPad took 10 minutes to have it working again. Thank you Claude. One day I would say that was pleasant was the spill on the floor that a parent did not clean after her baby(shame) however, the store should have it clean up right away so other customers did not have to object to that. Your cleanest represent your store appearance so do better next time.”
“Verizon was charging me for a bill I should have never been charged for. I refused to pay it. I spent several hours in total trying to handle this chatting with the live reps online and with calling Verizon on the phone. They refused to help me. I finally was able to make it to this store location and spoke with Shakira the manager and told her my situation. She was able to resolve the situation for me by reducing my bill to $0. She was going back and forth on the phone with verizon and stayed an hour after closing time so that I didnt have to deal with this any longer. Thank you Shakira”
