Clean and organized. But the clothes aren’t sorted by size. This is an issue for me.
Hopefully they’ll change it soon. (Visited 8/2024)

The selection here is amazing. I don't know why the staff are so passive-aggressive against Asians though. They will sing a conversation with literally every other customer and then when an Asian person is next in the checkout line, they become dry as a fish. The only thing eager is to scoot the Asian patron out of there. With all the "great things" Goodwill boasts of, I wonder if their staff gets any racial sensitivity training

This goodwill used to be ok, but now is like some employees own this place the way they act.
If you find a good item like “ brand” in their eyes, the person (not all of them) who cashes you out will be like - “Omg, how the person who tags the items miss this one, shouldn’t be out here!!!”
And im like “what do you mean by that??”
The employee responded that they put the branded items online for sale.
In my opinion this is wrong, because we are the ones who donate, purchase at the store support this place mostly. If they have branded items, why dont you have a boutique spot like other thrift stores and let us make that choice if we want to buy it or not.You still can list them online but offer us to have opportunity to buy it. Other goodwills provide coupons if you donate, return policie if item is damaged which isn’t available here. Thanks

My fellow neighbors, Goodwill is a for-profit organization. That is why you have to pay tax when you buy items from them... Also, I highly recommend you look up the prices on eBay, before you make a purchase. I know impulsive purchases are great sometimes. But Goodwill prices their items up higher than websites.
Just don't like to see people ripped off. Once upon a Time Goodwill was a cheap alternative, but times have changed.
I assume the managers at these locations get bonuses every year when they meet a certain profit margin. Which is why all the item prices are priced up.
I've even had a cashier say to me "wow, I can't believe they priced that item that high".... That's saying something.

Not an impressive selection but not bad either. Prices are a little high for some items like electronics. The staff is nice enough. Lots of women's clothing compared to men's. Actually a nice selection of framed paintings and canvas art. Unfortunately, I think in this area, Facebook marketplace is going to be more fairly priced and will have a better selection for the things I'd get at a thrift store

Goodwill, there prices are to high for a second hand store! but if you look around you’ll find something for a deal! And always remember to ask what color price tag day it is, that color ticket price is half off.

I've been to Goodwills from Canada to Florida and this is in my top 10 of the most disappointing. The store is tiny, the parking is cramped, they don't greet you in any way, the clothes is just thrown together by general items, not sorted by size or anything. They're like "here's a whole rack of pants and legging and slacks, good luck finding your size!" I've never been to a Goodwill that didn't at least vaguely sort by size. And what they do have is over priced, and a lot of it clearly came from the trash. They had a bicycle that they wanted $99 for and they sell them at Walmart for $120. That's insane when at least at Walmart you get a warranty if it doesn't work. Good luck returning anything to Goodwill if it doesn't work. I will not be shopping there again.

Very rude people there, people were yelling around outside and screaming. I went inside to see a mess and garbage on the floor. And the prices were high for something they has gotten for free, need to bring the prices down.
