Everyone was so nice and professional. I have never had a better experience getting an exam and buying new glasses. The front desk was so nice and the eye exam with the doc was great.The person who helped with selecting my glasses and going over all the options and what would be covered by the insurance was excellent. Quick in and out and appointment went well, but when looking to purchase lenses and frames I was told they do not make reflective lenses for transition lenses. This is very inaccurate as I own a pair. When I showed her current glasses she continued to argue it wasn’t reflective it was just a glare. Will not be going back. Went to Lens Crafter right after and ordered what I was looking for.

I am so happy to continue my relationship with this store and with the amazing Dr. Espinola. The stafff is always friendly and professional and he is a thorough professional practitioner. I feel very well served and cared for with my eye exams.

The eye exam went well; the doctor was excellent.However, the lab couldn't make my glasses, so the visit was ultimately a failure.

I called to schedule last week. When I walked-in, I was warmly welcomed & she remembered my name! I received down to earth guidance & explanation at every step. I’m looking forward to getting my new glasses soon! P.S. I returned to get my glasses. I love them, they look better than I thought they would. But then again - I can SEE better now. The staff was busy, but very attentive & helpful. ?

So confused about every experience I've had here. Went for a vision exam and the didn't tell me that it was with a virtual doctor. They daño couldn't get anything to work. Tried to be patient but no one really talked to me about what was going on and they were so flustered. No one really said sorry or offered any sort of discount even though I was there for nearly 3 hours. Went back for my fitting and they did a quick fit but the more that I wear them they give me headaches and something just isn't right. Want to get them fixed but kind of never want to go back

I saw mixed reviews but decided to give it a shot since I live nearby. I was really happy with the staff and service. I was greeted by Jared when I came in and he was friendly and helpful. The technician (did not recall her name) was equally friendly and professional. Dr. Spinoza was awesome and really explained everything in detail. It was busy and took a little longer than I'd planned but all in all it was a very positive experience.

DO NOT BUY from here. Today is SATURDAY Mar 11 2023. The lady in the store is very rude. They are using tele doctor and running 1 and half hour late. Ask us to wait and have no patient to explain or apologize. My high school daughter also feel the same way. We simply leave and will never come back again.DO NOT BUY from here.

I've always liked the Optometrist, Dr. Espinola. He's always kind and informative. I'm disappointed in the eyeglass buying process and it seems to be getting worse. First they try to get you with an extra computer scan not covered by insurance. Then anything other than the basic frame and lens is all extra not covered by insurance. Most the frames would require out of pocket cost. And it's not just my insurance, the staff seems to operate on commission and get a cut of what you spend out of pocket. Was rather rudely advised that my new glasses would be unwearable unless I paid for the anti-glare coating (then why is it extra). Was told I should keep my old glasses because the new ones will be unwearable. And you know what - the new ones are OK without the anti-glare but not unwearable as suggested to try and upsell me. Then for pickup you can't make an appointment so you're stuck waiting... They don't seem to have enough staff ever. Better off just getting the prescription, having them give you your PD number and then putting in an order online elsewhere. For the price Visionworks wanted just for anti-glare coating out of pocket I got a pair of glasses online WITH THE ANTI-GLARE INCLUDED AND THIN LENSES for about the same price. Prices are all inflated in store and everything is an upsell. Buying glasses has become like buying a used car.

My husband and I had an appointment for our eye exams, we get to the store and it turns out it was tele-health! Why? Who would have an eye exam via computer? The website does not mention tele-health, anywhere! So we reschedule for a couple weeks later. We show up for our appointments and I am told I do not have an appointment but we’ll see if the Dr Espinola will see you? He did. Karen one of the opticians made our appointments.I feel the opticians trip over each other, there is no structure or visible management.I agree with one of the reviews , they push options not covered by insurance!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Convinced me to order contacts before my trip out the country and took way too long to get delivered and missed out on them a would not refund me my $100. When I called the store they were very rude and hung up on me when I asked if I can speak to anyone else to help solve my problem. LONG WAIT TIME IN STORE AS WELL. A simple eye exam took over 2 hours.

Horrible experiences here, first of all, their phones are automated and I couldn't talk to an actual person here, I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment twice due to weather, each time I had to wait over a week for a new appointment. I finally got in here, came to my appointment and they had cancelled my appointment because the doctor called out. They said they could see me in 45 minutes, so I waited and then they said nevermind we will have to reschedule for another day. I drove an hour to get there and waited close to an hour there for nothing.
