While I was picking up a prescription, the employee was clearly on a personal phone call with earbuds in her ears. I find it extremely rude that any employee is allowed to keep their cell phone with them and take personal phone calls, while working, especially at a pharmacy counter.

This is the only pharmacy where I’ve ever felt like they’ve tried to help me. In short, if there’s anything they can do, then they’ll quickly figure it out and do it.I’m not sure why their rating is so low right now, because from every interaction I’ve had with them, they’ve been great at what they do, professional, honest, and proactive.

Unsure if it’s my doctors office or CVS but as of recently they have been putting my adhd meds under the generic instead of main brand which I request from my doctors office. However this cvs almost never seems to have the generic in and according to the app the generic would cost me an extra $30 compared to the main brand. Idk about you but I can’t afford $60 a month for a single prescription. Update (11/1/23): after previously hearing that the issue was handled when I went into the app today it stated that my prescription was delayed. This has been the SECOND MONTH STRAIGHT that this has happened due to the poor maintenance of inventory.

I was here for a pair of reading glasses but all the glasses were very dusty. I had to clean with soap and water at home. There was no cashier for a bunch of ppl standing lines. One of the two casher machines was not working. I would avoid this cvs if possible.

The pharmacist here is amazing. I was having a problem with urgent care sending over a prescription and they were very patient with me and as soon as they could they immediately filled my prescription faster than the speed of light. And when you are in pain it matters when people step up for you like that. Thank you, thank you! Thank you too this pharmacy

Never had a bad experience here. My biggest issue is trying to make a left turn out of the place. It is difficult and unsafe. Not sure if anything can be done about that but I hope so.

What horrible customer service. The Rx area always has an exceptionally long line - with six pharmacists and interns just talking among themselves. There is likely better service at an inner-city public clinic. This week I scheduled a vaccine, arrived at the scheduled time, but it took 10 minutes to check me in. I was told to wait by a storage door. Twenty minutes later I walked out. The next day I went to Walgreens for my vaccine and was in and out in 12 minutes.

I was with Walgreens for a year. They would not transfer my scripts, sent erroneous messages, and the delays in refilling scripts seemed endless! The delays actually caused lack of compliance with my prescribed meds. I transfered all my scripts to CVS on a Friday. CVS gave my transfers the attention it needed,called to clear up certain confusions and I had the meds I needed by Monday. Thank you CVS!!

I’m still standing in the store while writing this and the service from the pharmacy is disgusting. The levels of attitude the pharmacist is giving off is unnecessary. I’ll ensure that my doctor no longer send my prescription to this location ever again.

both pharmacists were very rude and have no skills with working with individuals with disabilities. very sad to see and they definitely should get some training on that and learn to be more empathetic. disgusting and sad to see!wish to give a zero star rating

Pharmacy and store are dirty. Do not know anything about customer service. They call and hang up without leaving a message. Just bad over all!
