“I describe my experience as most awesome and 5 stars !! I had a couple little items I needed addressed in my door replacemet. Besides an entire repaint, I had this recycling/ dump sticker that was on this the driver side window of the door that had been damaged. So either John migrated the entire window to the new door or the sticker....I couldn't tell which....all I cared was that it was there! In anycase when I picked up the car there it was. This attention to the small details was why I went to Gary Mullens Body Shop.in the first place.”

“I've been putting off replacing the wipers on my vehicle because every time I try to do something like that I end up with a mess. Finally, I couldn't wait any longer. I went to NAPA and purchased them. Rob asked me if I needed anything else. Joking, I said "not unless you install." Rob quickly volunteered to do it for me and wouldn't let me pay him for the installation. I'm sure I was also cutting into his lunch break. Service above and beyond! He and Diana(?) were a delight to deal with.”
