Karen has such a bad attitude, she is definitely in the wrong business, she is curt, rude and unhelpful. Has no Idea what customer service means. Its pretty obvious that she only wants to deal with certain people she should wake up and realize its 2021 if I could do less than 1 star I would.

Post office is run very well.very organized.employees are helpful and very friendly. All parcel are received in perfect shape. Mail is delivered daily on time

Staff inside are great my problem is my mail carrier who will not ever leave my packages, at door that do not fit in my mailbox. I never seen something so bull she has boxes in her car and gets out at times for other houses. Ups and FedEx do it why cant she Do it.

The staff inside are nice but I hate that the postal carrier is a chain smoker. Diaguating to think my packages will arrive smelling like her smoke. I've seen her throwing around packages and some have arrived damaged when they're only going to close by.

Called regarding package information, talked to a guy named Joe. Just told me nonsense and while I was trying to process info said to me, "have a good day" in a rude manner and hung up. If you like rude people named Joe hanging up on you without providing much help, this USPS the place to go!
