Nice, honest local mechanic shop. I've been coming here for the last 3 years. Johnny charges fair prices, does good quality work, and goes out of his way to help out! Over the past few years, hes documented problems with a new lemon car for me that helped out in my buyback lawsuit against the manufacturer, and on another car, when the brake service light came on, saw that the brakes still had more than half their life left in them. He replaced the failed brake wear sensor instead of selling me on a brake job I didn't actually need. I wouldn't bring my cars anywhere else!

The best of the best in the tristate area! Honesty, integrity and genuine customer service. I've been to other service centers over the years who have lost my car keys (Midas), add on extra services without communicating (Walmart) or see a woman and think they can price gouge. Not here! Johnny explains everything and goes above and beyond for his customers. I recommend him to everyone.

With today's cars having computer systems, l need to count on my local mechanic. Well, Johnny's serv sta has provided me w honest work. Recently, l thought l need brakes, when an alert light & buzzer came on. He got me in within 2 days, & solved my problem; being a loose wire to the rear brake. He could've charged me more, however his honest work was much appreciated ?

If you're looking for a honest, reliable Auto Service look no further Johnny's Auto Service is the one.Was broken down in a snow storm and Johnny' s Auto Service was there to tow my car and bring it to the shop and had it fix the same day.What a relief to be helped.

I am writing this review to let women know that this is one of those places that you should NOT trust. If you have a fat wallet and a male spokesman, you'll have better luck. The disregard I experienced was worse here than other places. Because I was not listened to, I was stranded in Chattanooga. I got the service I needed from AutoZone and Walmart. Seriously. After he fed me an annoying attempt at a guilt trip. Yeah, don't let him talk too much. It's deceiving.I'm not clueless, but he never found that out.I knew I was right, I knew what happened, and I also know that what happened to me in Chattanooga is directly caused by Johnny's failure to listen to me.tl;dr: bring a man or be taken for a fool.
