The lady with the raven hair was very polite and efficient. She helped me rebill my insurance on my medication last week. It saved me alot of money and I greatly appreciate it.

I live in town and this place gets worse every single time I go in. A system that says the medicine is ready so you go to pick up, get an attitude and no medicine. The manager for the cvs is nasty, last time I was in there she storms back into the pharmacy and the way she spoke to her employees was a "hostile work environment" to say the least. After I finally get the Medication that says it was ready Friday (my son has been without all weekend) I'll be moving my pharmacy to literally any other cvs. This is the only store that can't simply pick up a phone or just fill scripts. I say this because I called every cvs over the weekend to get my sons script filled and guess what they answered their phones on the second ring. And when I went in there was 1 pharmacist and 2 techs....I definitely see more staff than that in gwl. So the Covid excuses and the staff shortage is long overused. Im going to try again to get my sons scripts today but I'm not the slightest bit hopeful they will have it ready even though theres 3 days left to pick up.

The UPS drop off point at this location is HORRIBLE. I dropped off a package a month ago, and it sat on their counter for 3 weeks before I called to inquire as to it's whereabouts. They scanned in and then it sat for another week on their counter AGAIN. I cannot imagine the ineptitude.

Picking up a prescription at the pharmacy has always been quick and easy here. The employees in the main store always try to be helpful.

Thank you to Kelli Quinn Kelm and the pharmacy staff who was working on 9/13. I had a script called in and they were just about to close for lunch. They didn't hesitate and filled my script quick before they left. OUTSTANDING! Thank you?

It was a very dangerous experience today. The pharmacy accidently provided me medication that was 100mg per day over what the doctor prescribed which could have resulted in seziures. Absolutely irresponsible and unprofessional. Hazardous environment.

I live near town. Have used them for the past 5 years living in the area. It is like every time I go in this place there is always a problem. My recent is the last straw. I was in the hospital for ruptured appendix. Dr. prescribed 3 meds that i had sent to CVS Greenwood Lake. When I went in after 2 days I found these morons only filled 2. When I asked the lady at the counter where my 3rd script was she walks away. It was about 15 min this idiot was wandering all over the place not providing me an answer. This place sucks. The people suck they are brain dead morons. Who are they not to fill all my meds. They are slow unorganized and could care less about patients going there to get meds. I Just had my guts ripped apart and they show no compassion or sense of urgency for the patient. I will never set foot in CVS again. They can kiss my ( ! )

30 minutes on hold with the pharmacy to see if a prescription went through on insurance before giving up and going there in person only to be asked to wait 25 minutes for the prescription. Unbelievable. ?

They won’t hold vaccines if you have an appointment. They won’t notify you until you get there. Terrible managed pharmacy.

Greenwood Lake CVS. Very friendly,the whole front end staff is great. Pharmacy staff is very helpful. My only complaint is one employee health won't put her mask up over her nose. Very disturbing .

Horrible staff and lack knowledge and understanding of state regulations for COVID vaccine. I am qualified as a healthcare worker working the front lines in NY and was turned away at the Greenwood Lake NY location, after I finally was able to obtain an appointment for a vaccine because I don't live in NY. When explaining to staff my situation she said so sad too bad and when I walked away ooh I'm sorry. This is an outrage!!!!

Avoid the pharmacy. Very rude head pharmacist. He always seems to be angry about trying to do anything over the phone with him. Have had numerous issues getting medications on time and it was always do to the pharmacist failing to do their job. Im going to warwick from now on because I cant deal with them anymore.
