Best dealership ever. I worked primarily with Joe. Joe went above and beyond to get me into the Traverse I wanted, even from 2.5 hours away. He closed a deal for me on a Traverse that hadn’t even arrived yet, and we did all of our communication via phone calls and messages. All I had to do when I got there was sign the paperwork. So accommodating, professional, and easygoing. Ed worked with me on the financial side and could not have been more friendly and professional. I highly recommend MAG Chevrolet. My faith in car salespeople is restored.

I took my vehicle in for service. Naomi was excellent. She was able to assist me with warranty coverages and stayed in constant contact with me. Jimmy, the technician that worked on my vehicle came in early to make sure my vehicle was fixed the same day. The repair was completed correctly and efficiently the first time. Outstanding service!!! I am very pleased.

My truck was 1 year and 3000 miles over the warranty period. Mag Chevrolet reached out to GM and GM offered to pick up a large share of the repair. Along with that, they were able to do the repairs the same day to get this truck back on the road. Great experience! My next auto purchase will be from Mag.

My 2021 Chevrolet Silverado was brought to MAG Chevrolet of Greenwich, recommended by my insurance company after being involved in an accident in December of 2022. My first dealing was with Todd, body shop manager who I entrusted to bring my truck back to its original condition. My truck was there for a considerable amount of time, past my rental agreement date. Once my rental agreement date passed, Todd seemed rushed to finish my truck everytime I talked to him. I still gave him the benefit of the doubt because parts delays etc. Todd finally called and said my truck looked great, I’ll be impressed with how great it looks. I went to pick up my truck and initially it looked great, he was correct. After the first few car washes over a period of a month or two, I noticed the whole drivers side of the truck had an orange peel effect. I can only believe that Todd knew about this and just covered it up with a considerable amount of wax. Also during that time, my rear drivers side door wasn’t shutting correctly which was odd because the door was brand new. Around May/April timeframe, my new door was still not closing correctly and with each car wash my truck looked worse. I reached back out to MAG of Greenwich and was contacted by a new body shop manager, Mike. Mike was very apologetic and had good intentions to make it right which I was relieved. I was able to sacrifice giving up one of two family vehicles for them to correct the mistakes. MAG Chevrolet of Greenwich never offered a loaner vehicle or cover the cost of a rental to fix the mistakes. When I brought the truck back, they were surprised to see how bad the drivers side paint on the truck looked as well as the door not shutting properly. Mike assured me he would make it right. After a few days, maybe a week, I got a call from Mike that my truck was complete. I went to pick it up and was happy to see that the paint on the drivers side was corrected and looked as good if not better then pre accident condition. Now to the door, Mike told me that the door was adjusted and “needed to be broken in.” I opened and shut it a few times and realized it wasnt any better then when I picked it up the first time. After over 3 months since they attempted to fix the door for a second time and almost 9 months since it was originally brought in for the accident, my drivers side rear door still isn’t fixed and it hasn’t “broken in” like Mike said it would. My biggest concern is that my 2 year old son sits in his car seat on that side and have to double and triple check to ensure it’s closed each time he rides in my truck.Overall I am disappointed in the overall experience with MAG Chevrolet of Greenwich and I am still stuck with a truck that is only two years old and not in the same condition it was pre accident which should be every body shop and dealerships priority. I would recommend going elsewhere if your vehicle is involved in an accident to avoid the headache I have experienced. MAG Chevrolet of Greenwich were close and convenient for service and anything I needed since I bought my Chevrolet Silverado but I’ve since changed preferred Chevrolet dealerships and willing to make the farther drive for better a experience and service.

Like the addition of the text with a link to give you updates on the status of the car.New Service Manager also has been very helpful and works with the customer to find the best solution and will actively search out all options. This was not the case in the past.Under the previous ownership I was searching for somewhere else to bring our vehicle for service. I am no longer looking for another service company and the new ownership has restored my faith in this dealership.

Brought in my 2005 gmc sierra 3500 for a misfire and lope after replacing the injectors. They had my truck for 2 and 1/2 months and told me my fuel control module was bad. Twice. Both companies, one they send it to and one I sent it too both said it was good. They still charged me 2500 bucks for throwing parts at it and diagnostic and still weren’t even in the right ball park. I was able to borrow a snap on scanner and see what was wrong with it in 15 minutes. Fixed in an hour. Only reason they aren’t getting one star is because the ladies in the service department were nice and apologetic. All in all with everything I had them do I’m out 3 grand and still had to diagnose and fix it myself.

I brought my 2019 Traverse in for the vehicle not going into park a known issue on these vehicles. In fact there is a bulletin out about this issue. But with out your tech being able to duplicate this issue nothing is going to be done.

I just wanted to tell you we purchased a new Tahoe this week and we have owned over 40 chevys and have been to a lot of dealership and mag has been the best experience we ever had or salesman Ryan was such a delight to work with your finance man ed the other gentleman I think manager that gave us a great deal and the manager of the parts department I think Marilyn they were absolutely a joy to work with thank you so much for having such a wonderful staff we even brought my sister in law in when we picked up our new Tahoe and she purchased a new vehicle also thank you so much James and jacklyn myott

Joe was successful in finding the color and style of Equinox 23, that we got. The pick up of the vehicle went downhill from there. Joe didn't explain about time for Syirus Radio, OnStar, free service one time, road side assistance. He told us that there was no navigation like the 21 we had. I had told him that navigation was a must. He didn't pair the phones to the new system - everything he tried he blamed on the cell tower. He didn't do much in the way of explaining the new system. Later I found out from my SON THAT I COULD HAVE NAVIGATION THROUGH GOOGLE. We were very dissatisfied with the way the delivery of the new vehicle went. I was extremely upset as was my husband.

Very good service. I went in thinking my tire was a write off, but in fact it was not. So I appreciate you saving my tire! Instead of charging me an arm and a leg to replace it. Other dealership service departments I have dealt with would have insisted on replacement. So good job Mag.

I highly recommend going through this dealership to buy a car. It was by far the easiest car buying experience I have had. They worked with me and did everything in their power to get me into a safe and reliable vehicle that I love. From start to finish Kevin and Seth were wonderful. Ed was also great with helping me understand the financing and finding the best option for me. 100% the most respectful and kindest dealership I’ve been to. Cannot express my gratitude enough.
