My experience with the sales staff as well as almost everyone I have dealt with are extremely helpful even after you keep bothering them after my first tractor purchase and experience. I had an issue with the positive wire in my D105. The staff was very helpful even though it was a minor issue. They were very thorough and took the time to help me.

Jordan was great in helping me make a decision as to which mower to purchase. He walked me through it's operation and made the purchasing aspect a comfortable process. The gentleman who delivered the mower was also terrific. He reviewed the mower operation with me and had me out mowing before he even left the property! I look forward to working with this team over the next many years to keep the unit in top operating condition! Great local experience.

Jordan Gardner has been the worst salesman I've ever dealt with for any purchase I have made. Very poor communication and seemingly no knowledge of the products or even the conversations we have had. As the only local John Deere dealer I sincerely hope that the rest of the staff at United Ag are held to a higher standard.

If you have service on a John Deere product anywhere in the US, come here. I refused to pay my bill until they doubled the salary of my technician. Unbelievable service and professionalism for service done right at my house. Cheap,no. Worth it, YES

I am a home owner with several pieces of equipment purchased through United. List includes John Deere tractor (X380), large Ariens snow blower, Stihl chainsaw , edgers, trimmers and blowers. Whil small in comparison to farmers and contractors, United responds anxiously to my calls for support with the same sense of urgency given to their largest customers. I can’t say enough positive comments to describe my appreciation for the outstanding support United provides me.

My sales person Wayne is not only knowledgeable he considerate of what was best for me not him . He made me feel extremely comfortable he used his knowledge and experience to help guide me threw my awesome 2025r JD . Please get this hard working man his own printer. Finding a repair shop that is both affordable and timely in completing their work has been a struggle for us. However, we recently had our John Deere tractor serviced at United Ag and Turf and were very impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction and quick service. The service manager went out of his way to make sure everything was completed as specified and that we were happy with their service. All the people we dealt were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and went out of their way to provide what they strive for - a world class customer experience. We will definitely return for service in the future and would highly recommend this company.

We have always used these guys and love the new store. We are always taken care of quickly and everyone is always so cheerful & welcoming. Ive never walked into another parts store and been treated as kindly and they always remember who I am and who I am picking up for. The staff at UA&T always goes above and beyond for us and we would never recommend going anywhere else. I personally deal a lot with Doug and Greg they are both amazing at what they do however when I go in there if they are not Available someone is always coming over to take care of us and find us what we need. The store is so clean and organized everyone is so professional.As a dairy farm we are constantly working with UA&T in Greenwich and I cannot say enough good things about them. We are so grateful for the staff we get to work with and the extra mile they always take for their patrons.
