I had a great experience at auto zone in Greenwich ny.The gas cap I bought didn’t fit and we went through my options and costs which were a good deal more than I had anticipated. Harry the sales manager said let me take a look and after trying once and failing he took off a rubber washer and the part fit perfect. I was so relieved to have been saved nearly $200 ( maybe more since that was cost of parts only). Harry was a genius!! I will definitely recommend this store to other older customers that want honest service. John was very helpful also , trying to figure out what the problem was that the cap wouldn’t fit. Thanks guys!! They know their business and are honest which is really important to people that are clueless about cars

I was told a battery number to go look for didn't see it over there till the other worker looked it up a customer (guy) helped me find the right one and saved me 140.00 bucks because the first customer representative insisted only the one would work then cashing out the guy messed up the core charge they messed up my card had me use different register then that messed up took cash and waited 15 minutes before the register would except cash way to stressful

Gregg Perry is the rudest person and his attitude towards customers is horrible. Horrible customer service towards us specifically. Whenever we go to get supplies his attitude towards us is the worst and on a whole new life. This has been happening for the past three years since we have been going and Everytime he has acted this way with us.

Had trouble with a tail light not working and getting the assembly out. 2 of the employees came out replaced the assembly and light bulb for me. Thank you!

Went in for a car-lighter plug adapter, and they had one. Would have preferred a cheaper model, but they did at least have one, and I'm sure it will be useful in the future.
