While I understand that not every customer service encounter can be perfect, the consistently unpleasant demeanor of the staff at this particular post office is truly disheartening.

I thought the previous post master was pretty nasty already, but the new African American lady working there is far worst. I have never seen any smile or regular facial expression since 2022... and she can not calculate the kindergarten math correctly. this place is stinky

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. MAILS DELIVERY TO WRONG ADDRESSES AND WRONG PEOPLE.THE USPS OFFICE IN GREENVALE NY IS FIGHTING CUSTOMERS AND DOES NOT PROVIDE THE MANAGER INFO IF THEY HAVE ONE AT ALL.IF FEELS LIKE THEY HAVE A VERY POOR CULTURE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THEIR DUTIES.

I honestly don't understand why the reviews are so negative from other people. Coming from Brooklyn, this post office is a blessing in comparison to what I've dealt with in the past. There is usually never any rush so I'm in and out and there is also a parking lot as well. I've only dealt with two staff members who seem to be there regularly and they are both extremely helpful and kind. I've been mailing out everything from here the past few months and don't plan to stop in the foreseeable future. Keep up the great work!
