Shady business they didn't apply my down payment to my finance Toyota Avalon. They marked it with their own marker to make it seem they corrected the mistake. They only applied $1,000 and it was 3,000.

Penn Toyota has been my dealership since 2016 and each time they showcase even more care and support. I leased a prius in 2016 and in 2019 I financed a rav4 hybrid. Earlier this month my car had water damage from horrible rains and it was totaled. When I brought it in Ryan in the service center was super attentive and helpful getting things coordinated with the insurance. Once I knew I needed w new car the sales person, Mike R., was of great help. I wanted another rav4 hybrid but in a woodland edition, what I thought would be a 3 month wait was less a month. They made sure to get me the car in a timely manner and Sean the financial advisor was super helpful to get me the best interest rate with the right bank. Will keep recommending penn toyota for their great service.

I had recently purchased a vehicle at Penn Toyota. The saleswoman Joni was very resourceful and helped me find a good deal. The manager Sean was also very helpful. I am not from the Island but it was the worth the trip to do business at Penn Toyota.

I am writing this review to share my unfortunate experience with Penn Toyota and to advise prospective car buyers to exercise caution. I purchased a Toyota RAV4 from this dealership on July 13th, and what followed was the worst investment experience I have ever encountered.
Shortly after the purchase, I discovered that the car was infested with bugs. They were crawling on the seats, ceiling, and even inside the lights. Despite immediately returning the vehicle on July 23rd to the dealership and presenting clear evidence of the infestation to the consultant who sold me the vehicle, and who personally witnessed the bugs, the dealership failed to acknowledge the problem. The dealership documented the return as related to mechanical issues that were pending at the time of purchase, which did not address the infestation.
The car was kept for two weeks without any communication from the dealership regarding its status. My attempts to reach out for updates were met with silence. When I visited the dealership in person, I was given the runaround and eventually directed to the Service Manager, who noted the presence of debris and flies inside the vent but did not offer a satisfactory resolution.
My interactions with Chris Mignano, the General Sales Manager, were particularly disappointing. His condescending and dismissive attitude only compounded my frustration. Although he promised that I would receive full credit if the bugs returned, the infestation reappeared the day after I picked up the car on August 7th. Additionally, the vehicle smelled strongly of chemicals, and the dashboard, passenger door, and rear light ceiling were damaged.
When I sought further assistance, I encountered dismissive attitudes and unhelpful responses. On August 12th, I returned the car to the dealership. The Sales Manager conducted a brief inspection but did not address the infestation or offer a satisfactory resolution, such as a loaner vehicle, while the problem was rectified. Instead, I was informed that only a trade-in option was available, which depreciated the vehicle's value compared to the original purchase price. Chris Mignano stated he would speak to the owner but never followed up with me. Despite further attempts to contact him, my calls were either unanswered or met with excuses.
This dealership's lack of professionalism, accountability, and empathy has been profoundly disappointing. I strongly advise potential buyers to carefully consider their options and to be wary of dealing with Penn Toyota. My experience highlights significant concerns about their customer service and integrity.
I hope this review helps future clients make informed decisions and avoid the issues I encountered.

My roommate and I, Maddy, were in the market for a new lease/car with Penn Toyota. The staff was exceptionally kind and thorough/worked with us 110%. Chris, Afzal, and Nick were great while setting us up with our Rav4!! def recommend them
