I have been shopping here for years, and despite what people said about how rude the owner is, I still shopped here, until now. I bought my husband a bracelet there, he wore it for two hours and got a terrible rash from it.. brought it back, and the owner would not take it back, for an exchange or refund. He didn’t care how we are repeat customers. He was nasty and rude to me, last time I will ever walk in to that store!

Nothing new I see since they have a 2 star rating. I walked into this store knowing it because my father used to take me here. I was looking in general, but also looking for something nice to wear to a special occasion. I was asked if I need help. I said not now thx. I was asked again by what clearly was the owner. He said what are you looking for. I mentioned a special occasion but trying to get ideas first. The same guy started casing me around the place. I felt awkward from this but pushed on browsing while feeling him stare at me. He then slowly walked towards the register and mumbled that it looks like I am taking inventory on the place. I said excuse me? He turned around aggressively and said it louder. I literally could not believe it. We said a few off color things to each other and I left the store humiliated like I’ve never been before in a store or elsewhere. I was browsing in a clothing store for myself and special occasion and I basically got spit on by the owner. Unreal. Never again. And as you can see, I barely ever even leave a review whether it’s good or bad. That should show the validity of this review to whomever is reading this. And btw…the place is a rip off as well. Fully taking advantage of the oriole that come in there. Wow!

This is the worst store, with an awful, rude and disrespectful owner. Returned shoes, unworn. I purchased an extra pair of shoe laces for the shoes; however, owner would not take the shoes back because the extra pair of shoe laces were not returned with the shoes. I offered to have the price of the extra pair of shoe laces deducted from the shoe refund. The owner refused. The shoe laces were probably $3 at most. The shoes were $500. The owner can nickel and dime his customers as he so chooses, but it shows his lack of intelligence as a business person. In these current difficult economic times, he may want to rethink his business “strategy.” I know a lot of people who used to shop at this store, but no longer do because of similar stories. I will make sure to let people know not to shop at this store. Buyer beware.Follow-up to owners response below: I understand the policy very well. When I purchased the shoes, I also received an extra pair of shoe laces that were not part of the shoe purchase. You got them from the back of the store. They were not in the original box. I asked you to charge me for that extra pair of shoe laces. You would not, and would not allow me to return the shoes until I brought you the other pair of shoe laces. Penny wise, pound foolish. All you need to do is look at the other negative reviews about your store, where prior customers had similar experiences. Probably not a great idea to quibble with former customers on social media. Not a great look. Will make sure people I know who went to your store in the past no longer do so. Happy holidays too.

Decently merchandised for the area.. but rude and unhelpful attitude by owner and male staffers... I would shop here more often.. but they make It impossible to want to support this store...

If you're looking to pay $500 for a pair of plastic "Italian" shoes and be treated like s*** by an old bald rude a******* look no further! F****** moron should change his nasty attitude!

I bought a pair of $260 dollar AG jeans and noticed a malfunction with the zipper as soon as I put them on when I got home. I returned them back to the store the same day for a similar pair without the faulty zipper issue and the store owner or manager (the goofy one with a bald head and glasses) rudely refused an exchange for his faulty product. Cleary I made a big mistake by shopping here. Not only did I receive terrible service and attitude from staff but was overcharged for these jeans that normally cost $199 in any department store. I have never seen anyone in that store before and should have taken that as a sign. Overcharging customers for faulty products with no return policy. Outrageous!

I am a personal assistant for a private family and I came to this store to pick something up. The owner was helping someone else, I was talking on the phone. The owner started telling at me because I didn't say hello and threw me out of the store. I have never in my life been spoken to like this, I guess you must be white or a shopper to respect you. This is disgraceful and I hope you don't come to this ridiculous shop.

The worst. Period. refuses to honor its exchange/return policy. The owner is awful. Arrogant. Rude. Nasty. Sold my son a pair of shoes, he returned them, labels on, unworn and the owner told him they were worn. No one wears shoes with the label and plastic loops still on them. He scared my son. The owner was able to take my son's $220.00, but not treat him nicely when he tried to exchange the shoes. Store manager Rubino was there. She too conceded to me that she was shocked by the owner's demeanor. I later went back; she wanted to take the shoes back and give a refund, but was scared to.

The owner sold me a $150 light brown leather belt with a gold buckle. The buckle broke the first time I wore it. When I returned to the store the owner was abrasive and said that he sold 20 of these belts they all broke and that the only thing he could do is replace the buckle with what is undoubtedly the cheapest shiny silver buckle he could find (I've never seen a silver buckle on a brown belt before because it clashes)...I went to lunch next-door and came back to show a friend who asked if I could have a credit or something that didn't look mismatched and he had the nerve to tell her to "shut-up." This man is a pig. Don't shop here. You were warned.
