I needed to buy a 60th birthday gift and was set on a bracelet that was not in stock at the Greenvale store. Jane Steckler took my call when I inquired about the piece. She needed to have the bracelet transported from another location. She followed through very quickly and got me what I need in time for the occasion. Great working with her and London Jewelers.

Yesterday 04/25/2024 around 5 pm I went to London Jewelers in Manhasset to buy two Rolex watches for me and my husband. They did not have the ones we were looking for and the gentleman who helped us gave address to this place in Wheatley Plaza .So we drove there and no sooner we enter to the place there were 3 females working there. When we said we are looking for Rolex all 3 ladies looking at each other and started laughing so loud. I felt that was very disrespectful. Then the one came to help us (old lady) showing it ignoring us until she saw me and my husband are wearing expensive watches. Then right away she started treating us nicely. Is this you call customer service ? I DO NOT recommend this place at all and still I am hurt they way treated us. If you want to be treated like a trash pls go there. We always go to London Jewelers in Americana and they do excellent service.(This not applies to them).Yesterday they lost around $ 40k worth of biz because of their employees.

Eric was wonderful to work with, he helped re-pierce my ears. A family member of mine recently got her ears pierced, and recommended I stop by. Eric and his staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly suggest coming here if you are looking to get your ears pierced!

I had a great experience buying a pre-owned JLC watch from London Jewlers! I took multiple weeks to decide if this was the watch for me, and Jane and Janine were great throughout the process. No one was pushy, everyone was supportive and patient. Ended up getting an amazing watch at a great price! I’d highly recommend this location to other watch enthusiasts.

They provide an excellent selection of watches and at competitive price point as well as jewelry repair and maintenance. Eric did a fantastic job piercing my ear. He was very patient and kind while helping me pick out with earring and which spot to pierce. I highly recommend coming here to purchase jewelry and/or get a piercing. The entire staff was very kind and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. They had me smiling ear to ear.

This is the second time I went to the London Jewelers at the Wheatly Plaza location. All the people were very friendly and helpful without any pressure. Teri is just amazing! I can't believe how quickly within matter of 2 days she got the exact new Rolex(Deepsea JC Blue) which I was looking for. While other stores claim the waiting time is at least 9 months to over 1 year. You can't go wrong with this place. I highly recommend and you MUST look for Teri. She is truly a professional!
