BUYER BEWARE!! NEVER SHOPPING HERE!!! My daughter received a sweatshirt as a gift, tried to exchange because there was a stain on it. Tags attached, never worn and within return policy window. Manager WOULD NOT take it back because of the stain. Now she's out of the gift on a defective item she had nothing to do with. Will take my business elsewhere. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Horrible customer service and everything is VERY overpriced. I absolutely loved the location in Greenvale but this new one has horrible management. The manger was very rude, and nasty when asked simple questions about her store. I could buy the same clothes from other local boutiques without the markup. Will never give this business my money again.

Emailed several days after I had placed order saying they had sold out of item. The customer representative was most unprofessional: "Good morning unfortunately The shorts are sold out which is why it was refunded. We did sell a couple of these the same time which is why we were not able to fulfill all orders my apologies in advance have a great day Sent from my iPhone". Unprofessional company and approach.

I went here yesterday and it was not great. The workers were super pushy and wanted me to try on everything. I don't like when the workers ask if I like this or that, i like minding my own business. There selection is as not good, it was a lot of "Rock On" crop tops. When i saw this cute nike shirt i tried it on and liked it and then they came on the other side of the curtain and asked me to try on several things like 10 times and nothing they gave me to try on i didn't like but i felt bad. I didn't get the shirt because it was $58 i think for one shirt so i left and i felt bad though.

Advertise a blowout sale to have one rack of 10 shirts “on sale”... misleading and not how you run a business. Everything in the store is already 50-100% overpriced so any sale is meaningless.

I dread going to this store every time. The manager, I think his name is Conrad or Scott, is the biggest a******* The staff probably hates working for him which would explain any of their attitudes and I wouldn't blame them. Their selection of merchandise isn't bad, but good luck with who helps you.

I’ve been shopping here for over 12 years and it is ALWAYS A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE. The staff is always very friendly and extremely helpful. Lester’s always has the inside scoop on the latest trends and has a huge selection of gorgeous clothing. My entire family can always find something great to add to their closet while here. The manager Linda is a real doll. If there is anything you need, she and the staff will make sure your shopping experience is top notch. They also followed all Covid-19 social distancing protocols for a safe shopping experience during these unusual times. I felt completely safe while purchasing much needed clothing for my daughter on my last visit. Highly recommend.

I will never shop here again and neither are my 4,500 followers! They denied access to my medically exempt 7 year old!!! I will file an official complaint as this store is not following the law protected by the American Disability Act!

I will never shop here ever! And I will make sure that none of our friends and family support a store that denied entry to my medically exempt child that can not wear a mask! Not only they didn't offer personal shopping they denied ENTRY! I will file an official complaint as they discriminated against American Disability Act!!!

I must agree with the other reviews. The employees are rude and the customer service is awful. It is unfortunate because the merchandise is terrific but it is not a pleasant experience and I will not shop here.
