Paid to have washer installed when it was delivered. The guys who showed up to do the installation, not only damaged my dryer which was already set up in the room but did not remove the shipping bolts which made the washer move and rock dangerously upon trying to use it. They did not bother to return to fix their messes even after repeated requests to do so. Completely unprofessional and incompetent and I will look to take them to court to recover damages and the extra costs I had to incur to fix their mess.

I had purchased a washer, dryer and upright freezer from this company through Amazon. It was a total fraud and s*** show that I'm still dealing with after almost two months. First they took my money on the day of the order which by Amazon rules they can only do upon shipping the merchandise, which as far as I know they still have not done. Second they provided a bogus tracking number and then didn't provide info on the shipping company. Upon telling them it was a bogus shipping tracking number after two weeks of trying to find out where my stuff was. I get a call from a blocked phone number, by someone who would not identify themself or the company they worked for telling me the truck was broke down and my stuff would be delivered after the truck was fixed, when I asked where the truck was he would not tell me. I called Amazon customer service after two more weeks of waiting and complained about what was going on, this company lied to the Amazon person and told them my stuff was located at a delivery company near me and would be delivered soon. After the delivery window of July 8th came and went with no delivery I called Amazon again and filed a fraud case with them regarding this company. I also filed an interstate commerce fraud case against this company through the Federal Trade Commission. This was July 9th, on July 11th I received notice that they would ship and deliver my stuff on the 12th. I promptly called the company and after being on hold for over 30 minutes even though the recording said I was first in line for next available customer service person. I told them to not bother shipping the stuff as I had filed consumer fraud cases on the at Amazon and The FTC. It is now July 22nd and I still have not received my refund. I looked on Amazon and they are still working with this vendor, so I guess Amazon is not to be trusted too as the fraud department said they would check this vendor out and refund my money, which in both cases has not happened. I will never buy another big ticket item from Amazon and highly recommend anyone that considers doing business with Gold Coast Appliance company no matter what DBA they use, find somewhere else to buy them.

If I could give them a zero I would. I purchased a trim kit from them for a Frigidaire refrigerator/Freezer combo unit. Their picking ticket stated the right part number, but they physically shipped me the wrong item. I sent them countless pictures and videos showing them what the correct item should look like compared to the item I actually received. They kept telling me in their online ticket portal that they couldn't see the attachments and to email them, so I did. It took days for them to respond and they only did when I would follow up on the status. I was very willing to return the wrong item in exchange for the correct item, but they kept insisting they sent me the right item even with the mountains of proof I sent that they did not. I finally said I wanted to speak to a manager. They had a customer service person named Monika, she told me her name was spelled with a k, call me. For some reason no one could understand that they physically sent me the wrong item. She inferred that I purchased the item elsewhere and that they didn't ship it to me. Then she told me that item was discontinued, then she told me they never sold that part. Finally she said OK let me talk to my tech dept and I will get back with you. Well today, I get a reply in the portal again basically stating we sent you the right part and your request for return has been denied. I would attach my portal ticket to this review but it would take up way too much space. I did everything they asked, even contact Frigidaire and the company I purchased the units from to make sure I did order the right trim kit, which I did. They also go by Appliance Connection. I told them I would be leaving bad reviews everywhere, reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I can guarantee I will never order from them or any company they are affiliated with again. I'm out over $300 and have a specialty item that finding an outlet for is basically impossible. I had to order the correct item from another company, so I am basically out over $600 in the end. Also, I used Discount Bandit and they linked me with this company so beware if you use them.

*** Gold Coast Appliances = HORRIBLE COMPANY *** They sell as CyberSavings on Amazon. This company has been known by the names Prime Appliances, Daily Amazing Deals, 1 Stop Camera & Appliances and others. Wonder why they keep changing their name? They give out fake tracking numbers, blame late deliveries and no tracking updates on shipper. FedEx manager assured me CS created my label but never had FedEx pickup. 20 days later when I asked for refund, CyberSavings told me they sent cancellation notice to FedEx. When FedEx confirms cancellation and returns package I will get a refund. ITEM NEVER SHIPPED!! Amazon ended up refunding my money. Numerous negative reviews on Amazon and on the Internet - lying, fake tracking numbers, item arrived months late, item never arrived, items clearly scratched/dented prior to shipping, refurbed units sold as new, horrible customer support etc. THINK THEIR PRICES ARE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE? They are! Save your money and a bunch of headaches. Pay a little more and avoid CyberSavings, Gold Coast Applicances or whatever name they are using today! SCAM ARTISTS!

I was surprised to see the negative reviews, so I thought I would tell my positive story. I ordered a Maytag dryer through Discount Bandit in August of 2020, who warned that it could take some time, over a month, to get your appliance; so that was understood. My dryer made it's way from NY to CA, and the freight delivery man even took it out of it's box and put the feet on. The dryer was in perfect condition (thank you Maytag) and has been great for the past 8 months. From my experience, I would highly recommend Gold Coast and Discount Bandit as well.

I could not be happier with my experience. I purchased a gas range through Gold Coast's Amazon store- CyberSavings. My range arrived two days later. Much sooner than I had expected. The drivers were careful to back into our driveway- asked if I wanted the range put in the house or outside. They asked if I wanted it boxed or unboxed. They were quick, and efficient. The range arrived in perfect condition.

Wow, a lot of horrible reviews on here. That terrified me when I first was matched to Gold Coast through Discount Bandit for my refrigerator and range. The stress of wondering if this would be a nightmare transaction was rough, I'll admit it, but I decided to wait it out and see what would happen. Discount Bandit is pretty darn clear that you'll have to wait quite a while to get your product. Somehow they are able to turn that tradeoff into sometimes massive discounts (more on that later). So, if you don't want to wait or have a deadline that is inflexible, avoid Discount Bandit like the plague. It so happened that I was flexible so I decided to roll the dice. Gold Coast requires you create a profile to monitor your order on the website, no big deal. I monitored the status constantly, hoping fora change. About three months later the status changed to "in stock ready to pickup" and would flip to "waiting for truck to pickup." This went on for a couple weeks so I "opened a ticket" which is their online portal for asking questions. They answered about a day later that my order would be shipping. Sure enough, it was on the road and I received an email from the freight provider (YF Logistics) with an estimated date of arrival. On the day of arrival, I watched the YF Logistics tracker web page for the truck status. The truck was originally estimated to arrive between 2-4 PM and later changed to 4-8 PM. I got a call around 215 PM saying they would be there in 15 minutes. No problem, I kept my day open since delivery times are often unpredictable. Two gentleman arrived, unpacked and brought in my products without any issue. I inspected the cargo, it all appeared factory new and with original packaging. Not a scratch or dent. What a relief. Going the Discount Bandit route, I saved over 1,000 dollars (compared to US-appliance.com) and even more than that compared to big box stores. My guess is that people that have left negative reviews for Gold Coast and arrived there via Discount Bandit may not have understood what they signed up for. In conclusion, my own experience with Gold Coast was perfectly fine. I really didn't have any interaction with them, they just filled my order. The downside is the delay, it took me about 3.5 months to get my appliances. If you can live with that, you'll likely come out a happy customer.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. They are a joke. Lost nearly 3 weeks waiting on them because they lied about my item being in stock. I specifically ordered from them because they claimed to have my item (a fridge) in stock. I even checked with them over the phone. After two weeks went by, I checked in with them on shipping. They gave me a specific date it would ship from their warehouse. Called at the end of that day to confirm it shipped---only to find out they never had it in stock at all and were going to order it from the manufacturer---a 3 month+ wait. Avoid them at all costs. Don't trust their words. If Discount Bandit matches you with them---cancel immediately and ask to be matched with another merchant. You'll save yourself headaches and time.

Bought a $1800. oven from these folks through their Amazon marketplace which is called CyberSavings. The oven never came, the tracking # they gave me was fake, multiple emails were never answered and the phone just rang and rang and no one ever picked up. Scam artists.

Thieves at the highest level of Mankind. This place is horrible to deal with, do not warranty or honor their products and I would not buy anything from them ever again if they were the last supplier on planet Earth. Gold Coast Appliances is a nightmare

Very unscrupulous business. Charged my credit card twice for the same purchase. The second charge appeared two months later and when you call customer service after waiting an hour there is no one who can resolve the issue. This business needs to be reported to law enforcement

Delivered appliance on time, good product. However, they were not able to install or remove the old appliance that I paid for. They said there were too many steps and I would have to pay extra and reschedule so they left the appliance in the living room. I purchased the extra steps the same day and reschedule the installation and removal again. Fast forward 2 weeks after several emails and phone calls, nothing was accomplished. My renters were getting upset with this large appliance in their living room so my property manager and handyman ended up doing the job themselves. I called customer service and requested the $273 back for the installation and removal and they said OK and it would take 5-7 business days to see the refund back on my card. Fast forward 2 more weeks, no refund yet so I called customer service again. They said it was refunded 9 days ago to the card on file and that I should contact my bank. I contacted my back and they didn't see any refund and told me that I should place a dispute on the transaction. This is what I did and I'm currently awaiting the final resolution. Very poor customer service with extremely long waiting times.

Our dishwasher was broken so ordered a new one thru a site called discount bandit and they give you a retailer to fill your order which was GOLD COAST appliances. A month and half later they had no idea where the item was. The tracking went no where. We were very upset. Called in several times they put you on hold and act clueless every time what is going on. The last rep told us they figured it out, no problem they will express ship it, be here in a week. Two weeks later had to call in to cancel our order. TEN THUMBS DOWN!!
