“Product came in great shape, the only problem I have which isn’t necessarily the store’s fault is that, the delivery guys are just so rude. I can’t speak for all of them but there are two white men, one young one and the other a bald man, who gave my wife and daughter a disrespectful tone. They don’t know much about setting up TV’s and since it was a 64 inch, they needed some help. When asked of them to help, they said they’d “do it” if we paid them more. That’s completely unacceptable behavior. It would’ve been far more professional to refuse politely and say that they couldn’t or didn’t have time.”

“I was surprised to see the negative reviews, so I thought I would tell my positive story. I ordered a Maytag dryer through Discount Bandit in August of 2020, who warned that it could take some time, over a month, to get your appliance; so that was understood. My dryer made it's way from NY to CA, and the freight delivery man even took it out of it's box and put the feet on. The dryer was in perfect condition (thank you Maytag) and has been great for the past 8 months. From my experience, I would highly recommend Gold Coast and Discount Bandit as well.”
