Take your money and run! Don’t even think about this branch. The customer service is nonexistent; they don’t even have an operating phone number anymore. When you call them they put you through an automated system and then tell you that there is no one there to take your call. You could call 16 times, as I did, follow the instructions to a tee on the automated system, and still they slap you in the face with a dial tone. Basically they’re telling their customers and potential customers that they don’t want to talk to you. Absolutely despicable. Chase is digging its own grave.

It’s been my husband and my experience at this branch (Greenvale) to have a very positive and friendly experience in the past 20 years, however most of the those employees who were very helpful have left in the past 3 years.Unfortunately some of the replacements have proved to be smiling and unhelpful. In fact a few have have attitude problems.I was told by the notary that she didn’t have time to notarize something because she was busy as she left for lunch and a teller who said she couldn’t deposit a check from Chase into a chase account and couldn’t explain why which was later resolved easily by a bank officer!To sum it up they work for us since our money is in Chase bank but the attitude of some at this branch is as if they are doing us a favor.Find another branch or bank. This branch is not helpful.

I work in the area and have been wanting to stop by this Chase for a while. I was so happy I finally did! From the moment I stepped in it was the most Elegant and beautifully designed Chase I have ever stepped in. I didn’t think I was even in a bank. I was greeted and given warm and friendly customer service!! My business took no time at all. My visit was highlighted by the Gorgeous Britt who was my teller. She was very efficient, help, and genuinely warm! Extremely pleasurable! And might I add Ive Never seen a more Gorgeous woman!! I’ll definitely be back to see Britt and to visit this branch again‼️

This is the most beautiful abs greatest abs efficient bank I do my personal abs business banking. I’m truly grateful to the bankers. They always greeted me with outstanding respect abs take care of my banking needs with extra courtesy. Bankers know my name are truly professional. Chase Specialty this location is a true wonderful bank. ?

This bank is racist they treated me and my white friend completely differently she didn't even want to tell me the different types of accounts. So we are starting a trend of sending black and whites in chase on hidden camera because this branch is racist for

Bankers kept to themselves in their cubicles. Long wait. Not even a single 'Hello' or "I'll be with you in a moment'. When served, banker was rude. They all think we are not aware that their job requirements are only to have a bachelor's degree and a bank teller's certificate... Don't go here, simply put.

I was helped eventually, but had to 15 mins to be served. Almost all the bankers were sitting in their cubicles, either playing on their phones or opening and closing Internet Explorer multiple times - pretending to work. One that eventually helped me did so swiftly, but was flippant. Anyways, don't go here. They don't like their jobs, I think...
