After doing extensive research on engagement rings, a recommendation was given to come and visit this beautiful store. As soon as I stepped in the door, I was welcomed by Donna and her team with open arms. Donna sat me down and got right to business, showing me multiple options for the diamond I was looking for. Donna made the process extremely easy and made me feel both welcomed and confident in choosing Charles Krypell. After making my decision, Donna sent me a 3D render of the ring within a few days and before I knew it, the ring was ready within a few short weeks. After seeing the ring it was absolutely beautiful and I knew I had made the right decision. I highly recommend using Donna here at Charles Krypell as their work and price point is incredible. Look for Sal to explain everything in the store and make you feel like you are part of the family. I will never shop at another jewelry store again. My fiancé and I came here to get my engagement ring resized. They were so welcoming, friendly and professional. They got my ring back to me in only 2 days right before Christmas, and they did it free of charge! Will definitely be coming back here.

Everything about this place is great..besides the beautiful jewelry which is a given, the people, the family and all the other salespeople, are wonderful to work with. It’s always comfortable to go there (regardless of price range you are shopping in) which often isn’t the case with jewelry stores. Love shopping there.
