I'm a 69 yo female DIYer who fell and decided to build an extra step to the porch for safety. I interacted with Gavin who helped me sort thru the lumber required. Gavin was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of an older woman which my friends and I greatly appreciate. There still IS good customer service.

Arrogant employees too impressed with themselves to even be courteous, not to mention helpful, to the Harry homeowner type. This one was only spending under $60 today, but they certainly will get none of the $70k we are about to spend on a home renovation.

I asked them to move the supplies they delivered off the neighbor's water sprinkler. The guy came out today, never rang the bell, was dragging it around and throwing it off to the side, splitting some boxes open. Their driver was very unprofessional and rude.

By far one of the best lumber yards I’ve done business with. Both managers there were so helpful and informative with helping me pick out the right material I needed and the guys in the back knew exactly where everything was. I’m new to the area but I’ll definitely keep coming back here. Great service all around!!

This Greenport RBS is the WORST ! They are arrogant and rude. If you are a woman - stay away ! They treat women like idiots and are condescending beyond belief. When they make a mistake, which is often, they blame the customer. Their window and door dept. is feeble and the help is not at all knowledgeable. I previously dealt only with the East Hampton store and I will ONLY buy building supplies there from now on. They are smart, experienced and a joy to work with.

Beware. After being charged a $60 fee to have someone come to my house to look at a door that was installed, it was a screw that was done incorrectly it took the guy five minutes to fix. Three days later I was charged an additional $75 on my credit card without my authorization without my knowledge and without a receipt. I was never told of any additional charge prior to the work. Watch your backs with this company they don’t know how to do business correctly.
