Heather did an excellent job for me and my mother. I had to bring my 94-year-old mother for a trim and a wash. She did a very nice job and was extremely kind to my mom. I hope to return soon.

I called the day of my appt to confirm my appt. Heather's husband received my message and returned my call to confirm. He said the time was 5 pm and with who and then said "I can't even read this, oh your girl is out sick. We're sorry for the inconvenience ". I called back twice to get his wife Heather who was so nasty. She said I'm very busy and can't help you now. I wonder when I was going to find out I was canceled.
