I called yesterday and spoke at length with a very friendly, very helpful gentleman. He was kind, professional and patient but the staff answering today was the complete opposite. Unfortunately the information he provided me was incorrect so when I called now about picking up the prescription, today's staff was less than helpful. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience that was caused by their employee, I was rushed off the phone and spoken to like I was a first grader while he was playfully conversating with his female coworker in the background (giggles and all).They harshly told me that they would not fill it and while i was inquiring further he said goodbye and hung up while I was speaking. I called back right away assuming i must have misheard but the woman answered and i could overhear the coworker in the background loudly saying "GOODBYE!!". Nobody calls a pharmacy for fun, I was obviously in a situation that I needed assistance with so being mocked and disregarded was not helpful, it was hurtful. I work in the area but will keep not ever again use this pharmacy and I will be sure to refer all my patients to Colonial drugs so that they can avoid the insensitivity I was subjected to.

I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough. Lester was incredibly helpful. If you need a pharmacy this is your spot.

Dealing with Lester and Sunny has been the most pleasant, knowledgeable, and wonderful experience.Lester is always willing to go beyond your medicine needs. It has been a pleasure knowing them. If you are looking for a pharmacy this is where you will not be disappointed.

Sunny and Lester are always gentlemen. Every time I come in whether it be with my grandmother, my son, or by myself, they are always helpful and considerate.
