Unfortunately, I was recently involved in a significant auto accident with my Outback and needed the services of an auto body shop. Based on reviews and closeness to my residence I decided to go with Village Auto Body. It was definitely a decision that I haven’t regretted. Anthony and his team were excellent with outstanding results. They are extremely personable and helpful right from the start and I always felt they were doing their best to help me with my unfortunate situation. When I brought the car in, Anthnony looked over the vehicle and then called my insurance company while I was there and arranged to have an adjuster come out quickly. He provided me an estimated timeline for the repair and they met it despite a few parts supply issues they encountered. I was very impressed with the resulting workmanship and definitely would use Village Auto Body again if needed (hopefully not ?).

Took my wife's Alpha Romeo here for repair. Very professional and clean auto body shop. They say what they're going to do and communicate weekly till the job is complete. My wife's opinion "they did such a good nice job cleaning the inside of the car. They made it like spic and span. I’m very impressed by this."

My father was in an accident and he reported to me that… He didn’t have to do anything. This nice shop did everything for him and he was completely satisfied with the work. My truck was brought in when I was t boned. The van was totaled out but this place was in constant communication with me on what was going on unfortunately we could've salvage my vanbut being a business owner i felt horrible with my vansitting there but they were more than patient with meallowing me to go there and unload all my stuff into my new truck and I couldn't take the ladders at the time so they allowed me to leave then there until I could get back with s bigger truck. I highly recommend this place nothing but professionalism and very friendly. My adjustors were slow with relaying what was going on but they were on top of it. Thank you for your patience and I will be using them in the future if ever needed.
