From the moment I was introduced to her, she put me at ease and made an extremely stressful situation feel more manageable. She took amazing care of our dog Luna after fracturing her arm. I always knew I was in the best and most capable hands and am truly grateful to her for supporting Luna and our family. If you are looking for a veterinary surgeon, Dr. Kravitz is THE BEST! On a personal note, she is a very kind and caring person and we are so grateful to her. Additionally, Dr. Donato has been an integral part of Luna's treatments with acupuncture and chiropractic care - she is so caring and truly goes the extra mile. We have been working with her for years now, and she has always been wonderful with our furry friends. “In a word, Dr. Alison Rhein!! She has been my dog's veterinarian for 16 years and my 2 dogs before that. She is warm and friendly while being a wonderful vet and diagnostician. The vet techs (Austin's the best) are all wonderful as is the front desk staff. I would never go anywhere else and I would recommend DHAH to anyone.”
“I would highly recommend HAH to anyone as I do to all my friends. I have been to multiple vets but Dr. P and Dr. M are amazing doctors and very professional. If you have anything wrong with your pet this is the place to go as well as well care. Dr. P is also a skilled surgeon this is why I travel from queens as it's worth the peace of mind and care my pets receive. Every single staff member are all fantastic as well. “I have been to this pet clinic several times and they have always been kind and caring to Stella. The assistant Jenny was very nice and came to pick her up at my car for her appointment and kept me informed as to what was going on. The Vet was very professional and will ask many questions about how you're pet is doing at home and will give advice on the best ways to keep you're pet healthy. The prices to treat the dog are reasonable and they will always let you know what a service costs before they do it. Thanks for everything!”
“Over the years I have found that they are caring & wonderful. When our beloved dog crossed the rainbow bridge a few weeks ago they were so compassionate. They made the extremely sad time a little better. Today I had to take my other dog in for a spinal injury and the Dr and vet tech were so sweet and caring with my baby. “Dr. Cronin is incredibly caring, kind and humane with you and your fur babies. She's honest, transparent and explains everything to you so that you make an informed decision. She doesn't manipulate you into getting unnecessary things that won't help your vet reach a diagnosis. And if what is needed is something out of her expertise, she will provide a referral to a trusted expert. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Dr. Cronin and her friendly staff. Because it's a small practice, don't wait until the last minute to make an appointment. However, if you need to be seen same day, call and many times they will do their best to accommodate you. This is a great and loving practice.”

“It's a vet practice owned by private equity. So it's got all the bells and whistles for diagnosis and treatment. I interacted w 5 members of the staff and only one seemed like they shouldnt be working with pets. Overall it was a decent experience but I wouldn't leave a vet you love to come here, it's a business.”

“THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. Sometimes when you go to vets you get nervous "how much is this going to cost?" and you get hit with a $500 bill at the end.. and you have to pay it. To be seen is only $80, and they go above and beyond to explain to you the different options regarding pricing for tests/medications and let you decide how much you would like to spend. You can tell this place isn't just about making money, but they genuinely care. Also - my dog is not very friendly with others so they allow me to come in the back door to make sure everyone is safe and happy :) Lastly, when i needed a refill on medication for a UTI they happily prescribed it without needing another visit to be seen. They're amazing.”

“Hard to find a quality cat food that's organic. I have been making most of my cat food for years since my two Siamese would not eat canned food. Cornucopia is the first canned food they would eat--at least most of the flavors. They do not like the Superbowl of Salmon (but eat home-cooked wind-caught salmon with no problem). The other flavors they are fine with. I mix one can every morning with fresh, raw greens, veggies and either organic chicken, wild-caught salmon or organic turkey, plus their supplement. Most is stored in the fridge to dole out during the day when their plate is empty. Happy so far and they seem happy, too! BTW, my last 5 Siamese lived to 24-26 years so organic and some veggies is definitely the way to go.”
“Dr. Brooke was meant to be a vet. She goes above and beyond. Doesn’t nickel and dime us to death. Prices are far better. We owe a huge thank you to both her and the lovely front desk/ techs. Doesn’t push anyone into anything that is beyond their financial means. I will never go back to Jericho Animal Hospital. They missed pancreatitis, and kidney stones from the urine/ X-rays. She is straight forward & open to all questions about alternative medicines like CBD. She was totally in touch with my pet’s nervousness soothing her and mushing her to make her comfortable. After 1 visit my baby is leaps and bounds better than before she saw this doctor. Dr. Brooke even came back out to the front desk AFTER her exam to show each of us the stones she could see in baby’s urine specimen. The place is updated and so clean! Each room has heat blowing where other places let the animal be on the ice cold table. Wish my family & I had started going there years ago. She is empathetic and makes the exam as painless as possible. Executed baby’s exam quickly vocalizing exactly what she felt and saw as she went through every inch of her body. Simply amazing staff ?? ?? We feel like our loved ones are finally in good hands.”
“This place is the only vet that would accept my new rescue pup these days, as other vets had long wait times and/or were not acccepting new patietns. It was not easy to find them, but im glad I did - the building is in a side street off Jericho turnpike and the building is quite simple. No fancy lights, fragarances, or expensive waiting area - they see the pup, treat her and kiss her goodbye.I cannot quite easily explain it with words, but what comes to mind is - simple bliss. The staff is lovely, the vet is funny and straight to the point. there is no fluff to get your money, if you are looking for fluff and shiny websites or pretty buuldings this place is not for you. They love the pet for what the pet is - a living animal who needs care, and I love that.the first visit was the fastes visit to a vet ( or any doctor for tha tmatter) i ever experienced. in and out in under an hour with all vaccinations, exam, nail trimmed and blood drawn.”

“Nice short trail but the parking lot desperately needs to be maintained. It should be leveled and properly graveled or preferably paved. Currently it's very uneven.”
