Lady was not helpful, they had a sale but I needed to purchase 10 of what I got but they did not have 10. I will not go back. Prices were pretty high.

I do not know why keep giving this business another chance. Every time I come here the employees are rude. I walked in at 4:30 on Sunday 6/4/23. As I walked in, the cashier while speaking to another employee, yells out "I don't know why people come in at 4:30 on a Sunday, I want to go home at a reasonable time". If you do not want customers shopping at your business at 4:30 on a Sunday, then you should close your business earlier. It says that they are open till 5, I didn't make there hours of business up, why are they taking it out on the customer? This will be the last time I give them another chance, they disappoint with their customer service EVERY time!!

Plants are nice but dealing with Conrad Decker is not. He came to my backyard to complete my $3000 planting job and behaved like a bully. For example, he asked me exactly where I wanted the tree planted. I told him and then when he started digging, he was about a foot closer to the house. When I said this, he angrily handed me the shovel and asked if I wanted to do this myself. Every interaction was tense and angry. I have never worked with anyone this rude. I wonder if he would have spoken to a man this way. I wouldn't buy a dandelion from Decker's Nursery.

Deckers Nursery has just finished making my new garden. Conrad Decker was wonderful to work with from start to finish. We walked through his nursery serval times picking out plants and trees. He knew exactly what would do well in my space. He was a pleasure to work with, kind and always available for a question. I'm a gardener for over 40 years, Conrad knew exactly what I envisioned. He did a design and it was perfect. His crew were hard working, professional and very nice. He spent many hours with me and made sure I was happy! I am over the moon!!!

Purchased 3 simple centerpieces today for a shower at a local winery. They were beautiful. Roses, hydrangeas and greenery. Very pleased.

Love the place, always helpful, always have great looking items, not 1/2 dead like I see everywhere else. yes, you pay a bit more, but their products are more then worth the little bit extra cost. been to other places looking for particular items, only to hear, nope, very hard to get, no one has them. I go to Deckers, and 50 of the item to choose from, hardest part choosing the one you want.

Have always had good experiences here and a selection that's beat most other nurseries. Not the cheapest but we've had good results from the plants we've bought here, and have found the staff to be helpful. Lots of bogus reviews from last year, so read those with caution.

Take your money elsewhere. Extremely overpriced. I'm not talking about comparing prices to big box stores like Home Depot or Lowe's but to other local garden centers. Owner is very condescending. Any issues with faulty products purchased here are because "of something you did" rather than just the result of an inferior product.

I went to the Oyster Bay Location and had an amazing experience from start to finish! I came in with a loose idea of what I wanted and Susan was extremely helpful. She asked me simple questions and was able to come up with a beautiful design! Susan even helped decorate a hanging display for my new plant. I am beyond thrilled with the outcome! 10/10 recommend!!

Deckers has become my go to place. We decided to take our front yard in a whole new direction and Conrad was happy to come out and make recommendations. We have had some of his men out on 3 different occasions, always polite and professional. We have also made a half dozen more purchases, both plants and large trees. Whenever we stop by Conrad is always there and happy to answer all our questions. I always appreciate his help and feedback

Today is the last day i will be returning to this nursery. I've been coming here since i was a kid and i wanted to support the nursery . You would think after all the controversy it just faced the employees would be more helpful . I don't appreciate rudeness especially when I'm paying a couple of hundred dollars for flowers . This one employee should be working alone in a field rather then then with the public .

Went here and picked up a few plants for my backyard. All plants in the last week, yea it was hot but i did water morning and night. The plants died. Ive had plants from lowes last longer then the ones from deckers. Maybe it was a bad batch but still wasted 140$ on dead plants. Go else where. Prices are high, employees cant be bothered to help you without being bothered. Lowes/Home Depot best bang for your buck. And quite honestly the plants are good if you pick the right ones. Also not to mention deckers nursery refused to provide parking or let a local fire department hang a flag for a fallen hero. Shameful business, regret ever shopping here.

Last Fall we purchased tree from Decker's which was installed by Decker workers. The tree and installation costs were over $600. By late Spring this year we noticed that the tree was not doing well; it had many dead branches. We took a photo of the tree and showed it to the staff at Decker's. Their response was to blame the poor condition on lack of care by us. We pushed back, and finally they agreed to replace the tree. After waiting several weeks, workers showed up to replace the tree. They had the tree out of the ground put then put it back. Conrad showed up and informed us he wasn't going to replace the tree because there was nothing wrong with it. He of course accused us of not watering the tree enough and then insisted that a certain amount of die-off should be expected. He was rude and inconsiderate, and lectured us on treecare as if this was entirely our fault. My husband and I had to ask him to give us the opportunity to speak. He listened only to my husband and argued back to every statement. He only addressed my husband and totally ignored me. My husband and I have had many trees and shrubs planted by different nurseries over many many years. We have never had a tree that looks as poorly as this tree, and we have never, never had to have something replaced. After much push back on our part, Conrad threw is hands in the air and told the workers to put in the new tree. Two years ago we purchased from Deckers 2 small rhododendrons. We planted both in the same area. One thrived and one did not. We showed Conrad a picture and he of course said we weren't watering enough. Again both were planted in the same area and received the same amount of water. Because the rhododendrons were not expensive, we did not pursue the issue. Bottom line, this entity does not stand behind their products and services. I am not an internet troll or an unreasonable consumer. Debbie A.
