“Always use them when I'm in NY! They make it very convenient to return or drop off packages through UPS. The only downfall is that it's inside Staples so if you don't know UPS is there you won't know to go there.”
“I had to fax some important documents. The young man behind the counter was too busy with his project despite seeing myself and another woman waiting. Howard helped me fax my documents and waited with me until I received the confirmation. He was friendly, helpful, and is definitely an asset to the company. Very appreciative for his help, and I'd go back to this location again because of him! My one complaint isn't the employees fault...it cost me almost $20 to fax 9 papers! I was assuming $10-11, but $20 was mind blowing! Not the employees fault, but definitely something to note if you have several documents you need to submit.”
“I sent 4 boxes, I was afraid because of the negative comments. But I have to tell you that everything arrived as well as I sent it. The only thing is that two of my boxes were dirty with oil on the outside. I didn't send oil, but apparently some oil was spilled near my boxes and dirty two. Everything arrived very quickly. It only took 17 days.”

“For the sake of full disclosure, I have known the owner's brother for almost 40 years. I have known the owner for maybe 15. I love the convenience of selling something on Facebook Marketplace, getting a pre-printed label for the package and simply dropping it off here. There is never a hassle. Much easier than dealing with long lines at our own Post Office. Twice I came here to get fingerprinted and that likewise was quick and easy. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.”

“Small Post Office and Understaffed it seems every time I go there. Which is fine...its OK. There is always an older women there with short hair. Positive attitude and pleasant no matter how ignorant, arrogant and/or inpatient people are. SHE IS THE MVP!Also I have had issues with packages in the past not getting there when they should as of lately (understandable consdering the times) and tacking information not being updated on the website. I call the store with tracking info and they go above and beyond calling plants to find out where the package is and calling me back with updates!Staff at this store A++++ lucky to call them my local/home PO.”
