Maria is wonderful and will always be able to provide answers to your questions (and if she doesn’t know the answer off-hand, she will do her research and find the answers for you promptly!) Allyson is THE BEST insurance agent I have ever had. I had State Farm in WI and the service lacked, but Allyson has been an absolute dream, even going so far as to call the shop FOR me and get them in touch for me for maintenance.

Our family has been with Joe for over 20 years. They insure our homes, cars, boat, pretty much everything. MaryEllen and Maria have always been so very helpful, through the good times and the bad. A few years ago, I did shop around for better rates and SF was still the best. As for the gentleman complaining about not being reminded to renew his Defensive Driving course...really? I'm afraid the onus is on you, my friend. Put it on your calendar, as you would, anything else of importance.

What I always look for is a company that goes the extra mile and treats me like my business is appreciated. Been with this agency for many years---as my rates keep going up. Have both car and home owners insurance. Gave up a long time ago expecting either a birthday or Christmas greeting. But really, my Driver Improvement Course discount expired and knowing how tight things are these days, they wouldn't offer the simple courtesy of reminding me. Found out by accident. No extra touches here at all. I am just a number and a commission.

Excellent customer service!We worked with Lorena whom is very knowledgeable.She was able to get me a significantly lower rate then my previous insurer. She bundled my home and auto with an excellent coverage plan. I appreciate that her office always goes the extra mile to assist me. Its great to have a go-to state farm agent whenever i need help or have questions.
