Nice short trail but the parking lot desperately needs to be maintained. It should be leveled and properly graveled or preferably paved. Currently it's very uneven.

Shout out to Dr. G for saving the day (the snow day) for our daughter's dog who we were watching. She suffered a puncture wound and needed antibiotics. Dr G was kind enough to send medications to CVS for Keely even though their office was closed due to snow.

Honestly they don't deserve any stars... The most insensitive group of people I have ever dealt with especially the doctor. If you love your pets and want them to be cared for this is not the Animal Hospital to go to. I have been taking my animals here for over 16 years and the people working there get worse and worse by the minute. About a month ago I brought my dog in because she wasn't feeling good. They diagnosed her with kidney disease. The doctor spoke with me about putting her down then but I felt that she wasn't ready since she was still eating and drinking and seemed to be ok just very lethargic. Within the month she slowly stopped eating except being forced and lost a lot of weight. The past 2 days have been rough for my girl and I decided it was time for her to be put to rest. When my son called the office to see if we could bring her in the woman that answered the phone said they were very busy and they couldn't fit her in today or tomorrow but she'll ask the doctor. When she got back on the phone after speaking to the doctor she said I'm sorry we are too busy and we should bring her to the emergency room or call someone to come to your home. We weren't asking for him to do anything but put her to rest and it was totally insensitive and unacceptable to treat your patient that way especially since we have been going there for so long and have referred many people to go there. I am extremely disappointed, will never go back and most definitely not refer them to anyone.

Dr G the best! Has taken care of 2 dogs we have owned. Joey pictured below is a service dog. Doctor G lways fair, informative and competent. Highly recommend.

Dr Garretson and his staff are by far the best in the business. They are caring, through, compassionate and just all around wonderful. I would not take my pets anywhere else! I thank God we have him! Christine Abate

I have learned that the signs of a good doctor or how they handle patients in emergencies. My experience is this Vet Falls short at best. I brought my cat in for a routine spay and requested three times to give me a cone to keep the area safe. They told me it is not their practice to do so. I called two times when I got home I said she was definitely off and they said I know it's not nice to see but that's normal and the blood droplets are also normal. An hour later she was bleeding like a murder scene. When I called this office the voice machine told me to go immediately to veterinary emergency group. I did so and they had to perform another surgery for almost $3200. They happen to be wonderful and saved her life. The next day I spoke to him and he said he would've just re-stitched her and he felt they overcharged me. He re-stitching her was not an option as I couldn't wait till the morning and he sent me to the VEG group. He was going to look into this and call me back I have never heard from him . He has me dealing with his insurance... coward. They declined any payment and now I have just submitted h postop care instructions . #3... wear Elizabethan cone! The one they don't give or use but have in post op care! WORST
