“I bought a nightmare of a Lawn Tractor. It was Frankenstein'd aka built from multiple tractors to make one whole one. It needed a drive belt and since the transmission was different then the one that came with it originally, owner's manuals were useless. I pulled off the old belt and went to the store. They were very helpful and measured the belt as well as gave me some tips and tricks. They ordered multiple sizes to reduce down time and trips. They told me as long as I didn't damage the belts I could return them. One of the belts they ordered was correct. While I was there I grabbed some spark plugs. Local small engine repair shop was charging my $10 a plug these guys same plug for $3! Will be back!”

“Returning customer on this and other cars. This time just an oil and filter change but more extensive front end work on previous visits. I called on Thursday and Tom scheduled the first appointment of the next day. He got the filter in advance as it is a specialty item thus avoiding any delay for parts on the day of service. Shawn took me first thing on Friday and was done in an hour, in and out. If you live nearby, you already know that the hours posted online are merely a fraction of how much this hard working man puts into his business. That alone has earned me respect beyond belief for him. I have seen him finding up cars or helping customers out WELL into the night. I’m not saying to push him any harder, just know that if everyone else is closed, there’s a good chance Marvin may be open.And add to that, after all those hours, he STILL takes time to help when you walk in.
