“Campground is older. Pool and splash pad are fantastic. They were working on cleaning up the putt-putt course. It will be very nice when finished. The store is nice. Most of the campsites are fairly level and decent size. The bathrooms and laundry room need a deep cleaning and need to be updated. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer were operational.”

“Came here just for the breakfast and was not disappointed! We got the avocado toast and open face sandwich and lemon ricotta pancakes. The presentation was nice on all the dishes! The pancakes could have had more flavor of lemon they just tasted like reg good plain pancakes. The servers were nice and welcoming! The menu is small and a la carte so look at that ahead and see if that’s for you before you go”

“I had my daughter's Bridal Shower there and it was absolutely beautiful! The Inn is so nice inside and out. Madeleine was a pleasure to work with and helped with our layout of the room and other details like the caterer suggestion (which was fantastic!). The room was all set up when we arrived and the staff was very helpful with last minute requests. My daughter just had the best day!”

“Rooms are very spacious in this historic hotel. Was there in the off season so some hiccups but overall pleased with stay. Wish there were more dining options closer by and that breakfast was more organized.Walkability: In better weather I would say downtown is walkable but with snow it was a bit isolated.”

“The location is in the heart of Saratoga, so kudos to them! Old historic hotel, when they restored/remodeled it, they saved so much of yesteryear - it felt like we were in a different era, even though it was now new. I loved the bedroom, the restaurant and bar, and I appreciated the staff filling me in on Morrisey, gambling, and other interesting historical facts about the Spa City.”

“A perfect weekend getaway to Saratoga Springs was made even more exceptional thanks to our stay at an excellent B&B hotel. Special thanks to Chad, who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable, even amidst an early spring snowstorm. To our delightful surprise, we were upgraded to a luxury suite, adding an extra touch of comfort to our experience.”

“The property is gorgeous and a perfect location. I stayed in April so can't say anything about the horses. The room was well-designed and felt glamorous. The bed was super comfy, and the shower was amazing. The patio area is crushed gravel with some tables; super relaxing to just hang out and enjoy the sun. We brought bicycles with us, but there are bikes available for guests that are high-quality and Brentwood-branded. Recommend tooling around Saratoga Springs on bicycle if you have the chance.A few minor negatives:- In-room coffee/tea are for purchase, not included in your room price. I'm used to complimentary coffee at hotels, but since it's fancy coffee, I get why it's for purchase. Maybe include a complimentary option that's less fancy?- Contactless check-in and the closed bar made it feel like an Airbnb, for better or worse. It's nice to talk to a human in person. The rooms are VERY nice here, but don't expect the hotel treatment.- Some of the Brentwood "swag" advertised on the website was not available, such as the pen, notepad, and tote bag.- No fire pit or s'more kits since the bar was closed. It was lovely out (~70s in April) so these would've been great to have.”

“Better than I hoped for. Good rate, I’ve paid more for worse! I had business to take care of in Glens Falls, Albany & Saratoga, all within an easy drive, conveniently located about a mile off I87 aka The Northway. If you were here for SPAC, probably about 30 minutes walk. I stayed here off season Tuesday through Friday, and this place was quiet, felt like I had the place to myself, but I’d imagine it gets lively during race & vacation season. Coffee machine in lobby not functioning, but coffee in my room. They offer a Hot Breakfast, eggs, potato & sausage along with breads, cereals, yogurt, etc. Outdoor pool for warm weather, wasn’t open now in April, but it looked like it’d be fun during summer. The staff was fantastic! Special thanks to Robin & Deonna for the over the top customer service!”

“Stayed for a weekend. The room was very big with a full kitchen& was very clean. The bedding had duvet covers, instead of an old comforter. The location was excellent , walkable to downtown restaurants, bars etc.I was able to enjoy my favorite Netflix shows in my room. They were very accommodating & I recommend it highly.”

“This was probably one of the best motel experiences I've had. Everything about the situation was easy. I received a text the day of my check-in with a door code. I pinned that text to the top of my messages, so I always had easy access to it and had no problems with getting in/out of the room.

The place was clean, facilities were renovated, and it was spacious enough for me to spread my stuff all over and still walk around comfortably. They offer amenities, so if you don't have shampoo, body wash, etc. it's all there! The rooms also have a thermostat and AC, which worked well.

Wifi was great. I spent a decent amount of time in the room just working at the desk. Full kitchenette was functional, I could store some snacks that saved me the trouble of hunting down food and coffee in the morning. That said, they provided tea and coffee in the room, and I noticed a voucher to pick up complimentary coffee and a snack at a local spot, which is pretty cool.

It's a drive away from the downtown party area, but I was able to catch an uber for about $15, so if you don't want to drink and drive or don't have a car, it's still good to stay to hang out in the main st. area of Saratoga Springs.

Overall, I would be very happy to stay here again! It's a great no hassle, clean, newly-updated, family-owned motel moment!”

“Stayed for 2 nights recently and absolutely loved our stay. Rooms are very clean and spacious, the size of 2 NYC apartments! The owner Mike is a complete gem and always greets you as if it was the first time he has met you. The housekeeping staff is excellent (We especially loved Katrina), accommodating and attentive. Will definitely stay again!Nearby activities: Right in the middle of everything!”

“I recently had the chance to deal with this beautiful hotel and what an absolute pleasure. Rosanne was the young lady we dealt with and she is an asset to this hotel. We will definitely be back. They went above and beyond. We love being Hilton Honors members. And we love HGI Saratoga springs!!!!! Thank you for everything.”

“Imagine that you’re Clark Griswold and everything will be fine. No seriously, this is a motel. The people are nice, and well, this is a motel. It has beds and showers and walls and doors, etc. and you will wake up refreshed!I myself didn’t dislike it! The location is near everything. To all the reviewers here who think they’re staying at the Waldorf Astoria or Four Seasons, you ain’t. Ok? If you want to pay double the price and try to find a room short notice then go down the street. It’s that simple. But don’t bemoan these people.”
