Inconsistent communications by the front desk employees and overcharging for an inconclusive result. This is a litteral joke.

Great hospital. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amy takes great care of Skippy in rehab and Skippy loves her. Amy is knowledgeable and very caring. I'm very happy with the quality of care Skippy is receiving.

I lost my little girl today, she was my whole world and after a long battle it was time to let her go, I have lost a couple pets in my life and this was the first time I was at greenfield, it’s not uncommon for vets to loose compassion over years or decades of doing the job. But the love that Dr.Serfis showed to my little girl was very heart warming, I knew she cared and she didn’t even know Stella for a full year. The staff was very patient with me and repeated things several times to me because I was such a hot mess and couldn’t really function. They kindly said what they told me probably 3 or 4 times in the same calm and compassionate tone. Thank you for everything you and your staff have done for my little princess.

I was not a client if GAH but after my experience with them today, they’ve made a client for life. I live a few minutes down the road and experienced a medical emergency with my dog. Their normal vet doesn’t have emergency appointments and referred me to an urgent care 45 minutes away. Time I may not have had the luxury of with my dog. I called GAH and they told me to come right in. The staff was kind and compassionate, the vet came out and explained exactly what they were doing and what to expect, and they were prompt with their care. Thanks to them I’m home with my dog tonight. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Greenfield Animal Hospital has been treating our fur babies now for 10+ years. They’ve helped me navigate sicknesses or situations over the phone multiple times to avoid a visit if needed. The staff is so sweet and kind & tries to accommodate as best as they can. We recently lost our pup & they also handled this with such care and professionalism that we will forever be grateful for. I cant say enough good things about GAH ❤️?

We called Greenfield Animal Hospital for an emergency vet visit while we were on vacation. They were amazing! Even though we were not regular clients, they saw photos of our dog Ranger and knew he needed to be treated right away. They were kind, compassionate, thorough, and very knowledgeable. We just followed up with our regular vet yesterday and she too was so happy to hear how Ranger was treated, and completely agreed with the course of treatment. Thank you Greenfield!!

My dog was hit by a car while I was visiting and these folks were just wonderful. They had me bring her right in and got her pain relief and X-rays right away. She's doing better and it's all due to the kind care she received here.

Upon taking my dog to the Greenfield Animal Hospital for a standard grooming appointment, I incurred a cost of over $300. However, upon picking up my dog, I noticed that her behavior was abnormal. Upon closer inspection, I discovered multiple scrapes and large gashes across her rear end by her tail and vaginal area, resulting in a bloody mess. When I contacted the Greenfield Animal Hospital and provided a detailed explanation of the situation, their response lacked a sense of urgency. Instead, they requested that I send photos to their email address.
My dog is a valued member of my family! I promptly returned her to the veterinarian to show them the issue at hand as photos do not do any justice. The receptionist verified that the matter was a direct result of their grooming services. Upon entering the facility, my dog was taken by the attendant to a separate room. I was then requested to take a seat and wait. After approximately 15 minutes, a women informed me that my dog would be sent home with antibiotics and a cone. She then proceeded to provide me with a detailed cost breakdown for the treatment before walking away again.
Afterward, a female supervisor emerged with my dog and the cone and treatment and notified me that there would be no charge. This may be due to my previous payment of over $300 earlier in the day; otherwise, I would have been charged, I presume. The supervisor attributed the injury sustained by my dog, to mats of hair in the affected area. She proceeded to insinuate that it was my fault that their groomer caused harm to my dog.
The lack of an apology from the Greenfield Animal Hospital for their negligence is concerning. Additionally, my dog was knowingly harmed and no explanation was provided at time of pickup. The attempt to conceal this negligence with a smile is unacceptable.

After following my former Vet here, who sold to the new owner, and then spending thousands over the last year, I can no longer support this practice. Immature, unprofessional staff need training and a good dose of brain cells. Dr. Hunnicutt (brilliant surgeon) is wonderful, but with the exception of Diana, they badly need new employees. If you enjoy rudeness, misdiagnosis from visiting prior owner, having your multiple emails to owner ignored, and major price gouges on OTC items, then this is the spot for you. Better yet, dig a hole in your yard and throw your money in it. You'll get a better result. Buh-bye!

I have moved several times recently and I’ve had to use a few different vets. Greenfield Animal Hospital is the worst I’ve ever used. All they want to do is give vaccines and take your money. If you have a problem, they just send you to the emergency vet you may as well just go to tractor supply and get your shots, you’ll save a lot of money

We searched several years for a veterinarian we could trust before being recommended to Dr. Akawi! He LISTENS and addresses the problem head on, with no bogus! The staff is friendly and well-educated. I always leave our appointments feeling confident in the care my pets received, and grateful for such a wonderful team at Greenfield. ?

I am new to the area and needed a vet quickly because my dog started limping. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. My dog, Schmoo and cat, Violet are very happy customers! The staff and doctors are all wonderful.
