After hearing a lot of people rave about The Butcher's Cuts and Deli in Greene, NY, I decided to give it a try. I ordered a 12" Roast Beef sub which was listed for $13.49 in the board but came to $19 and change after tax. I asked if the roast beef was rare and I was told it was but it is not. It is well done and thick cut, which some people like, however that is not my preference. I did not find there to be a lot of meat on my sandwich. The bread, cheese, lettuce and tomato on my sub were fresh but I wish they would core the tomato before slicing it. I will likely try again with a hot meatball sub in the future but I don't see myself ordering a roast beef sub from here again.

Ok place, could use friendlier staff. Bread was excellent. Slightly pricey and very small amount of FF. Too heavy on the mayo. Meat was superior.

I might give it another shot when the person making my sub isn't handling raw chicken right before she made my sandwich without changing gloves.

Stopped in while passing through Greene. Grabbed a sub for lunch. Good prices friendly service. Looked like a nice selection of goods. I will be going back

Good selection of deli meats, some produce and salads. Meat case is pretty impressive. Loving the turkey club!
