“I needed a caliper for my car, and I was able to find one there at Volo's. The big box stores wanted $114 for one, while Volo's Napa had one for $103, and on top of that, I was able to get another $20 off by ordering it online. I called the store to make sure they had the part in stock and it was the correct one for my car, and Beth assured me it was. I sarcastically asked if they delivered, because I was in a bind with my car on jack stands needing a caliper. Beth said that their driver was actually getting ready to deliver parts to a garage next to where I live and she would have him drop it off! I could not believe that they would go above and beyond like this. When the driver showed up at my house with the part I was overwhelmed with a sense of extreme gratitude. I know it's not something they do everyday, but this just goes to show how amazing their customer service is! A local business that actually cares for their customers. From now on I will be using Volo's NAPA in Greene. Huge shout out to Beth and her team! Thank you just isn't enough!”
