The staff and managers are described as extremely friendly, very accommodating, amazing, and pleasant. The site is considered very convenient. While most experiences are positive, one reviewer was not a fan of the virtual setup process and mentioned a specific unit had a latch issue and an uneven floor, making it unsuitable for a vehicle. The team worked to accommodate them with a waiting list for a different unit. Overall, many customers state they will rent from them again and highly recommend the place.
