My son's car was towed here the day before Thanksgiving. The officer told me we could have the car towed wherever we wanted we would just have to pay for it. The driver refused and said he will only take it to their shop. The shop was then closed until Monday. They charged over 600 dollars for the return of the car. Charging 75 dollars a day in storage when they made it impossible to claim the car. They also refused to give us a receipt for the full amount paid. As they said they would only accept cash even though their website says they accept cards. I'm glad my son recorded this transaction as I will be filling a complaint with the attorney General and the tax department. I would never ever willingly go to this place

Thank You so much Joe for helping me out. My car was towed Saturday night and it happened to go to Larazzo Auto body shop. I can’t think Joe enough for the burden he took of my shoulders and a relief of ease to get my car back back on the road with not a lot of money out my pocket to break me. Times are hard right now but I’m happy to know it’s still good people around like Joe. My car was safe and had to sit at the shop for a whole week. Just thought I’ll leave a review to let future customers know they are in good hands at Larrazo Auto Shop and to ask for Joe?

Though they were very polite they still took advantage of a person down on their luck being that the Town of Green Island Police Dept uses this location to impound cars.

Joe Lazaro saved the day! I cannot recommend this place enough. We were passing thru town for Christmas and got in an accident smashing our passenger door. Somehow by grace, we Found Joe's shop. He and his team had us come right over. In a matter of minutes they had fixed the door and got us back on our multi state road trip. He was so optimistic and professional. The most honest and hardworking group of guys you will meet. Other shops we called had a 2 month wait. He saw us on the spot and then refused payment when we tried to settle up. We will not only be paying him but paying it forward any chance we can. He was a bright spot in our horrible day and we can't thank him enough. Please support this business any chance you can!
